Crimone buildup removal?

Post by tash262 »

Hi there,

Just wondering if it is ok to remove the crinone gloopy buildup each day before putting in the next lot OR is that goop part of the treatment and needs to stay in to do it's job?

thanks,

:?

It is a slow release med so i would leave it in until it becomes more of a thick blob then I would "fish"it out right before putting a new one in, about every 3 days or so.

Just wanted to let you know that I have been advised by the IVF nurse not to remove the crinone buildup as it is slow release and needs to make its own way out. Apparently it will eventually do that.
