Thank you everyone for your well wishes!! I am trying to stay calm because there is still a ways to go before the obstacles are clear, but DH and I are very excited!

Aims - I am so sorry about your news - I definitely know about the disappointment, and time to heal is really good. Hopefully the third time will be a charm - it was for me. And I hope your insurance will pick it up too - ours does (except ICSI which I had to pay for this morning) and it makes such a difference.

IMBlessed - sounds like you had some good quality embies - congrats on being PUPO!

jharris - instead of a message on my mailbox which I would have been checking every second, because it was "my day" I got to choose where they would call. The office wasn't too busy this morning which is why I think I got the call so fast.

ftg - do you like puzzles at all? There is always Sodoku, etc. At least you use your brain! Movies are always good too!

Rinnie - good luck on your beta tomorrow!

SD - I go back Friday for another beta.

Neffi - so glad to hear they guaranteed you'll get pregnant! Third time is the lucky one!

Hey Ladies!

LB--WOW! I CANT EVEN EXPLAIN IN WORDS HOW EXCITED I AM FOR YOU! SEE I TOLD YOU THAT NEXT MEMORIAL DAY YOU WOULD COME WITH A STROLLER! YOU MUST BE ON CLOUD 9! I HOPE I WILL JOIN YOU IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS! WHEN DO YOU GO BACK?

AIMS-- MY HEART IS BREAKING FOR YOU! TAKE TIME TO HEAL.

As for me--- just waiting til Friday, hoping that many more follies have appeared. Im thinking that I just dont have that many this cycle, today was day 6 of stimms and Im not even that bloated. I remember last time thinking my belly was sore and DH couldnt touch it. I dont feel like that this time. I notice it, but its not bloated. I just dont understand how you go from having 15 anf then 18 to my third cycle possibly only having 6? But again, I wont know anything til Friday.

OK ladies, I finally cracked this morning. I was trying to be strong and not POAS. I had a couple at home so I figured, why not? Well I took one this morning, and it was negative. :( I have to believe it's just not sensitive enough, and that I have to wait until my beta Saturday 5/31. My ET was 5/17, so I guess today makes 12dp3dt? I knew before I took it that I shouldn't, but I couldn't help myself!! I am still staying positive. I know many women have gotten a BFN on a HPT, but had a BFP for their beta, so I am trying to focus on that! Anyway, just thought I would share.

Amber & Neffi: Best of luck w/your US tomorrow!

hopinginpa: Hope your headache has gone away this morning. I work in Durham, but live closer to Raleigh. Charlotte is a nice area though. Good luck!

Rinnie: Good luck today!

Everyone else, hope you are doing great!

jharris - I wouldn't sweat it. Your beta is really the only reliable indicator. It is so early in the grand scheme of things. Good luck on the 31st!

Rinnie - good luck today. Praying hard for you.

Update on me - We got all our bloodwork back and we both are completely normal. No issues at all with blood clotting, chromosomes, nada. I'd almost prefer something was wrong. Isn't that ridiculous!?! But then I'd know what the problem was - whether it was fixable or not. This unexplained, unknown infertility sucks, frankly. Anyway, I'll keep on with the TCM and see what happens in September.

jharris...keep the PMA! it ain't over yet by a long shot! Good luck!

LB - Great news! Congrats!!

Neffi211 - good luck with your u/s tomorrow!

Aims - sorry to hear of your BFN...hoping you are taking the time you need to heal.

cocosmama - I hear you on having test after test and almost wanting somethign to come back with an explanation! The unexplained is sooo frustrating...

today was day 4 of b/w and u/s...if my E2 level is over 3400 today they will retrieve but not transfer :( I have been "coasting" the last 2 days so today the "call" will determine if we go ahead for full E/R and E/T or just E/R and freeze...what happens happens...out of my control

Continued luck to those who are on 2ww, I'm right there with you on day 3... Congrats to good news too!

Sorry to hear any negative news, however I think there is always positive to follow.

I had 2 embies implanted, and 7 were still going on day 5. I was called yesterday on day 6 and was told that none made it to be able to cryo :( . The dr. reminded me that had nothing to do at all with the ones which were implanted as they were grade A and grade B respectively which they were all excited about. The others either arrested, or were not good enough grade for the freezing process.

All that out of 14 eggs is really fascinating. I'm constantly reminded we have very little to do with this outcome.
Take care all.

Hello Ladies

I hope the week after the relaxing Memorial Day is treating everyone well.

Congrats LB on your BFP that is fabulous. May there be many more to follow.

Aims I am so sorry to hear about your BFN I hope in time you will be able to hop on the crazy ride and try again.

Hopefully all those on your 2ww wait aren't going crazy I know I can barely even make thru the wait for AF.

Update on me not much going on unfortunately. Took my last BCP on Tuesday so just waiting on AF. I will starts stimms on day 3 of AF if my baseline is AOK. I am supposed to call the clinic if i don't start my flow my day 4 of the dummy bcp's not sure what they will do at that point but I am at day 2 and getting nervous, I just wish the darn thing would come.

Hope all is well with everyone else. Have a great day.

Aims - So sorry about your BFN. Hope you are doing okay and you and DH are spending some time together.

LB - Congrats!! That is amazing news. Sounds like a great number and I am sure it will be even better tomorrow!

JHarris!!! You cracked? Crazy girl. Though I must admit it makes me want to go sneak mine right now. Try to keep your head together about the results (not sure I have any right to say that as I have been a psycho wreck the last couple days). But, truly, we have read about many gals who haven't seen the BFP until the BETA. Just 2 more days.

Hope everyone else is doing well. Good luck on the US this week. I am doing okay. Had a little anxiety attack yesterday. I called my RE to see if my hormones might be a little too crazy because the last time I felt like that was probably high school. He said I am definitely hyper reacting to the PIO etc. but he wants to keep it where it is at. So, I just have to hang tight until tomorrow's BETA. I am feeling better today though, thankfully. DH and I had a long walk this am and I am just working on my PMA.

I get the call at 4pm tomorrow so I'll let you know what happened in the evening.

Take Care.

Hi Girls

Well bad news here...the hcg is going back down. It's 109 now. I had cramping then crying last night, so I knew what was coming when they called today. :(

Dh & I talked and we feel this cycle was so much better with the Chinese meds etc. but we felt very let down by the western side of things...over stimming etc. My TCM doctor is going to talk to the RE & insist that they monitor me more closely, and not just take the plug and play approach next time.
I'm going to try again in August/Sept..giving my body & mind a couple of months to heal. I just remind myself that it's a numbers game for everybody, and if I can continue the low fsh & getting good eggs it'll happen.

Aims I'm so sorry about your BFN. What are your plans? Maybe we'll see each other in August :)

LB Congrats girl !!! We need some more positives on the board.

jharris12 Hang in for Sat! This time is the worst wait and nothing is for sure. I'm pulling for you!

Ruby Same for you! Good luck on Saturday. I got a little heart quickening once too from the progesterone...couldn't sleep at all one night.

Cocosmomma Glad all the tests were neg! Trying to figure my AF's, but i may be stimming end of Aug/Sept so maybe I'll see you. I'm keeping up with the TCM too.

Thank you all so much for your support, it means the world!! I just know we're going to have a run of positive's here, so good luck to the stimmers and 2WW's..... & tons & tons of dust!!
I am going to have a jacuzzi & a nice glass of red wine this evening :)

Rin:

UGH! So sorry this wasn't the time. This stuff is so damn frustrating. Especially after going through all the hard work with TCM. And I completely understand the annoyance with the Western doctors. My RE told me yesterday that they've run all the tests they can for now and we'll just have to see how it goes next time. Comforting really. Hopefully your AP and RE can get a game plan worked out.

I am certain though that this next round will be the right combo. For both of us! Selfishly, I am looking forward to our August/September thread. Should we just go ahead and start it now!? LOL! Enjoy that wine tonight. Have a glass for me, your dairy-free, sugar-free, cooked meats and veggies-only, nothing cold Siesta in Florida! I'm thinking about you and your DH.
