Hi Everyone! Sorry I haven't been on in almost a week. I have been too tired to be on the computer much. I go to work and get home at 5pm and then i go to sleep at 6pm and wake up at 8pm and then I am back to sleep by between 9-10 and then I don't get up until 6am. Crazy! I have never slept that much in my life!

So my MS has seemed to subside since I started taking some medication. In Ontario the main drug prescribed for morning sickness is Diclectin. It is wonderful. I take 2 pills in the evening at bedtime. 1 in the morning and 1 at lunch. It doesn't take away the exhaustion but it definitely makes you feel 100% better.

I had my Ultrasound on Wednesday and my due date has changed again! I'm now due Jan 1, 2009 which would make me 8W2D. I heard the heartbeat and it was 158! My RE told me everything is great and I am now free to be transferred to my OB!

My OB likes me to have a 10 week ultrasound so I have that scheduled for June 6th and then I have my IPS screening ultraosound and bloodwork on June 23 with my first appointment at my OB to follow.

Now with regard to sleeping! I can still sleep on my stomach as long as I sleep with one leg bent up. I really gratefull I can still sleep on my stomach as it seems to be the only way I can sleep! I guess that will have to change once I am to big to sleep that way! :D

I also found out that I will only need to continue taking the progesterone and estrace until Wed June 4th! I will finally not be discharging a waxy blue mess!

So I am finding myself quite restless! I can't sit for long periods without having to get up and go for a little walk and stretch all my muscles! Anyone else feeling that way?

If you are having hemorrhoids I heard preparation H works really well. I have also been told that if you feel or suspect you have one there or starting you should start putting some kind of cream on it right away because it can get really big really quick. My best friend thought if she just left it alone it would go away and she was wrong.

Well I guess I should start keeping up with my postings so that they don't end up this long everytime!

Sweet - Glad to hear baby is growing fine and you get to see the heartbeat.. sorry they keep changing your due date! just assume you will have the baby either end of December or early January!! :)

TMI.. but I really do get this sharp pains on my rectum lately i dunno why but they hurt :(

I have never had hemmorides so I dunno how they feel but I am embarassed to tell my RE about it especially if it will be my last appt. I might just tell my regular OB/GYN..

Sameera - if it is hemorrhoids just remember to get something for them and use it right away. Keep on top of it so it doesn't get painful.

So I guess it looks like I might be having a New Year's Baby! How nice would it be to have the first baby of the year! Anyone else due on Jan 1st?

Hi ladies! I hope you're all having a great Memorial Day Weekend!

I'm working, but I don't mind. This afternoon I took a little look at my peanut with the ultrasound at work and was amazed at what I saw. The little blob has changed so much you can see the head and tiny little arms and legs. Its so cool! I could see the heart pumping away, too. I walked around with a big grin on my face all afternoon after that.

How's everyone feeling??? Anyone doing anything fun for the weekend?

Hi Ladies,

I can't believe I didn't post last week. Work went nuts and feeling naseous all day is getting tiring. But I don't throw up so I know I am really lucky. I got to see both the babies heartbeats. I am so glad they both made it. I can't believe how they are just a sack one day and then they just magically get a heartbeat. The miracle of life is pretty awe inspiring to me at the moment.

Sameera, I am SOOOOO JEALOUS that you get to see your LO in the U/S all the time. Such a lucky girl. YAY for you. I love hearing what you see because we are all so close in due dates. :)

Steph : I am due on the 1st, although that date will change because multiples don't go 40 weeks.

Well ladies how's everyone doing??

We saw two heartbeats and my RE said it looks like we are having Twins - However, second baby is little smaller than the other baby and he said it could be because they both implanted on different times and developing differently..

but he did say there is a 50% chance that it may or may not make it and that it's too early to tell. But in couple weeks will no definitively for sure if we are having twins!!

Well, i am just so happy and thrilled - but at the same time I am worried about the second one because we did see the heartbeat and i do want both the babies to be healthy - it would hurt to lose.. but I am not gonna think negative and stay positive :)

How's everyone else doing??

Hey yall!
I had my ultrasound today....and one baby!! We got to see and hear the heartbeat today...it was amazing! Everyone was surprised there wasn't 2 b/c my beta was so high, but they said the one we have must be super healthy! It looked like a little bean, but we could see the heart fluttering on the screen. RE said once you hear a heartbeat the chances of miscarriage start to go down, so that is comforting!
I feel so much better knowing that our little bean is alive! I have another appt in 2 weeks, so until then, more PIO's! They don't release us to our regular OB until 12 weeks.
How is everyone feeling? My morning sickness is still pretty bad, but I am not complaining b/c its all part of being pregnant!!
I think now that I saw the baby, its starting to hit me that I am going to finally have my little one that I've been waiting so long for!!!
God Bless!!

Sameera: Congrats on the twins! I am so excited for you. I joined a multiples board and the common consensus is that once you see the heartbeats, you are in really good shape. I know exactly what you mean about being scared of losing one. I am very attached to them both and have been since I saw their little sacks.

This is the main board for multiples. They are so helpful :)

I also joined the January board there. It moves VERY VERY fast. I think it's fun. :)

Waiting: I'm due on January 2nd! :)
Sweetmonkey: Isn't that your due date too?
Somebody mentioned being the first baby of the new year! I guess we are all having similar thoughts about that! Either that, or if we all go early (especially us with the multiples) at least we get the tax write off.

Question: Who's showing? I can't believe I am, already at almost 9 weeks, when I didn't show until I was 7 MONTHS pregnant with my son. I have been over-eating even though I get sick everytime I eat...but even so, I am really showing. It's odd. Oh, and someone mentioned medicine for morning sickness. My nurse said absolutely not unless I;m not keeping anything down. Are there side affects maybe? I even read that too much vitamin b can cause problems.

Hi ladies! Mind if I join? I'm from the April/May Thread and recognize several of you. I waited to join until today. We had our first u/s at 6w2d and saw the heart beating! I can't believe I'm actually pregnant. My due date is January 20. I have my next appt in 2wks and then I am released to my regular OBGYN. I'm so happy to be able to finally be saying this!!!
You all might be interested in a site my friend told me about. It is babycenter.com--if you put in your due date you will receive a weekly email telling you about the development of your baby!
