Hi ya everyone

Thought I'd send one post cos it'll take me forever to reply to all your lovely messages.
Well I've had ec, can't remember a thing about it but dh said I looked like I was in a lot of pain and kept asking for more drugs which they kindly gave me!! It was worse for him watching bless him. He said I talked total bollox inbetween falling asleep Was a bit scary when they took me to the recovery ward (again can't remember getting there) as I couldn't wake up so had to have a drip and finally left the hospital at 5.30 (ec was at 10.30)!!! Well it was the nurses last day as shes travelling for aa year so I didn't want her to forget her last EC!! We got 12 eggs aand have just had a call to say 7 have fertilised so back at 11 on Monday all being well.
Am still quite tender and can't stop weeing!!
Have to say those drugs are bloody fantastic!!!
How's everyone else doing?
Jen - how did you get on? Have you had your ET now?

Gem - I hope your taking it easy?!

Helen S - Good luck for Tuesday, will be thinking about you.

Nicky, I'm sorry to hear about the cysts and your job. Will be keeping fingers crossed that af comes soon and gets rid of the little buggers!

Just want to say good luck to everyone and thank you all so much for the support you've given me so far, I really don't think I could of got this far without you lot, you are all amazing!!.

Super job. Embryo transfer is a doddle so just remember to drink lots of water and relax and rest. The 2ww is the worst but we are all behind you totally.

Hi Dawn,

See we knew you could do it, and I am so pleased all went ok, I know you may feel a little tender but this is to be expected. Well all the best for Monday now ET is alot easier but your on the way to the 2ww. And its also fantastic the amount you got.

WEll done - seven is great!!

I was in agony during my EC and screamed every time they put that needle thing near me...........as well as flaling my arm with the venflon thing in it around for the drugs and making it bleed.......what a baby!!

I have posted on JCBs so I'll not bore you by repeating stuff.....its all there but good luck for Monday!!

Hi Dawn

Great 7 embies. Glad you don,t remember a thing. I can,t believe your dh was aloud in. My clinic doesn,t do that or at least they never mentioned that they do. It must of had been great to have him there. Mines was only there for the et (well for two of them my mum was there for one and i went myself for the other).

Good luck for tomorrow.
Just the dreaded 2ww after that but its worth it.

How fantastic, well done dawn, sounded really scary, hopefully i will get that far. Soon be monday and back in, how many are you putting back, ive only asked for 1 to go back.
Fed up about my job, but gonna take this time to really give this my full attention, i'll just have to be skint while i do it.
