I like the sweepstakes between you and me, that would be a good one because we have the exact same due date, so lets bring on the crystal balls sistas!!!!!  .......................I say you go first

Attention everyone, Attention- Baby girl slept 8 1/2 hours last night!! Could it be true? Am I actually going to get more than 5 hours at a time? Oh please!!

Glad to see everyone doing well. Angie and Vicky- not long to go and I think you look great vicky, ignore what those people say. They forget how huge they were! I have conveniently blocked out the memory of being HUGE. I seem to remember being quite slender at nine months :)

I posted pics of this weekend. Please ignore the fact that I am wearing my pajama pants with my shirt from going out to dinner. I had to change pants when I got home. I ate so much they were too tight! DH and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary. Time flies!

Hope everyone is doing good- it is super hot here. I am about to go for a swim in the blow up baby pool I bought Anna. No, I will not be posting pictures of me (the whale) in the baby pool, sorry! Our neighborhood pool opens next week. I can't wait!

I'll be back later!
Jenn

Hello all!

Jenn~ Anna is so cute. I love the new pics! And I know it was Monday when you posted so I hope the 8 hour nights of sleep have continued! That had to be a lovely thing!!

Angie~ Isn't it just amazing how complete strangers have such nerve to say things that dumb?? I could never imagine saying something like that to someone. Oh well, I'm sure you look great.
How's the early maternity leave going?

Vicky~ How are you & baby? That is funny that you and Angie are due the exact same day, and it will be interesting to see who goes first?
Any more trips to the beach?

Meg~ Sounds like Lucy is already off and running! Must be a lot of work! I was just talking to someone the other day, and she was talking about her kids. She said it's funny how you're always "wishing" for the next milestone and then one day you turn around and they're all grown up. You know like, I wish they would crawl, I wish they would walk, etc. I never thought about it like that but I guess it's true!
Oh BTW I love the pics. She's getting so big!

Sassy~ Don't make us send the search party out...we need an update.

Tina, Fee......how are ya?

Not much new going here. Just got finished working a lot of nights in a row. It is hot, hot, hot here. I am not ready for this humid, sticky weather yet.
Have a good weekend everyone.

Helloo ladies

Busy busy round here, hardly have time to brush my hair etc...

How are we all, thank you all so much for your nice comments about Rio, we love him to little bits. I think he may be a bit spoilt, my mum thinks so...he has her wrapped around his little finger...

Robbo, how are you doing:?? Haven't heard from you in a while, where are you at, what is your neighbour up to??

Tina, how is the nesting going??? I didn't really nest much, when I was in hospital after having baby, I left DH to clean the house. He said "you really didn't nest much did you???" Hope your travel has slowed down and you and you can start taking it easy. As for those cows who speak of our fatness. Punter awards to all of them. Why to people thing it is a free for all when it comes to commenting on prego's waist lines??

Wowers Angie, hope wombat's room is taking shape, otherwise he may have to bunk in with you and DH, Rio is still with us and probably will be for a long time, no progress on his room really, NO TIME!!! How are you enjoying your time off?? make the most of it and get a lot of sleep is all I'm sayin...PS hearing you on the limited fat clothes, only bought a few thinking I wouldn't need them after....wrong! Still wear my preg pants sometimes...

Vicky you are looking hot at the beach! I wish I looked as fab when I was preg...mind you I haven't worn a bikini since I was six ...probably for the best....I can't believe that you and Angie are neck and neck. I'm betting that Benjamin will be making his appearance first. Not sure why but am pretty certain

Angie, does Wombat have a name yet????

Mego, can't believe Lucy's progress, but time is surely flying by. Rio is on the verge of sitting and is also stubborn with his solids. Always want's to hold the spoon. On our first day of solids we both got cereal in our eyes because of the tug of war with the spoon. Mobility scares me, we are not child proof and I am struggling with the work from home thing as it is!!!

Jenn how are you going?? Any more full nights of sleep?? I'm not but it's not too bad now.. Lovely pics of Anna, and don't worry about the pyjama pants...now that I am working from home sometimes I don't bother getting dressed at all, joy...

Hey Nickster, sorry to hear about all the work that you've been doing. So it gets hot and humid in St Louis??? I still think about that place, something about it, can't put my finger on it...Dh and I were just talking about how fast the river there seemed to run and how dangerous it must be....

Sassy, update NEEDED stat, am having Sassy withdrawals....

Well best be off, my dog is really sick and we think he will die maybe this week (I know we thought that before but this time he is really bad) so sad, I went home to check on him at lunch time...Bloody hell.

no gossip from me, life is pretty darned boring actually!

Hey Fee.
Sorry to hear about you dog. What's wrong with him? I don't remember hearing about him before.
Our dog's been having big issues lately too. She started having really bad diahrrea out of the blue (which happened to be on our carpet...TWICE!). It keeps getting better then it comes back. And along with it she has a fever and just feels miserable. On top of it all she has big time allergies, and has for years. Every summer we wonder if it's worth it to see her hairless self be so miserable for another 3 or 4 months. It's really pretty sad. So things aren't looking real good for our baby either. The only problem is my hubby LOVES her. I tell everyone at work, he loves her as much as he loves me (maybe a slight exageration but you get the point!).
Yeah it's really hot here. Yesterday was downright steamy. We said all day long, we really need a pool!

I'll talk to you soon. Hope everyone else is doing well.
BTW Fee~ Glad to hear you're working from home. Is it all the time from home finally?

Nickster and Fee~ good to hear from you! Sorry about your dogs. I know they are a part of the family and it is sad when they get old or just get sick. Our dog had the runs a few years ago out of the blue on our rug and the third time she did it I threw the rug away. Those big rugs only have so many poopy lives! I got tired of cleaning it and I think the smell was in it to stay! Glad she got over that because our new house has carpet and it would be hard to throw away! Don't think DH would be glad to come home and see the carpet on the curb!

Ok baby girl is asleep so I will go shower. Hope your dogs get better!

Hi to everyone else! Sassy- I agree we need an update, how are the babies? How are you?
Jenn

Hey girls...

I don't have time for personals right now... this is my last week of work and it is a little hectic. I still have yet to check the photobucket, but I am anxious to do so later today... may even post a picture or two myself in the next few days

But as I don't want anyone going into Sassy withdrawals...

On the baby front, all is well in utero. Still looks like 2 boys and a girl. Got a 3D picture of the little girl last week that I will post. Things are going so well that he actually approved me leaving town (by car) for a couple of days to go to my brothers wedding (I was planning on going, approved or not, as long as things were going all right...) AND, I can go on a yearly July 4th week-long vaca to the beach with dh's family (also within driving distance). Yeeehah! I feel like I graduated

On The ******* front. Dh took him to a job interview last week that other BIL helped to set up, and ******* got the job so is currently in training. But instead of taking the bus like every other person who just got a job and has not yet received a single paycheck... MIL bought him a Mustang (the must-have fashion accessory for every drug-addict-convicted-felon who has stolen hundreds of thousands from/in the name of his family). MIL/FIL were out of town this week so ******* was making the rounds to the other family members begging for gas money. He said it would be "stupid" for him to have to take the bus (ummmm.... although he can't afford the gas....) because he has a car to drive. What? Can you say spoiled rotten at 29 years old? So in other words, things haven't changed a bit. We'll see how long he keeps the job...

Will try to pop in the next few days to do personals and post pictures.
Hope you are all well!

Hey, can someone post the log in info for our photobucket?
I don't know where I wrote it down and I don't want to slog through pages and pages to find it (yep, I cop to laziness  )

Thanks!

Hey Sassy!! Glad to see all is well with the babies!
The photobucket thing is sisterhoodblue, password sistas.

You are not going to believe what happened girls- after talking about my dog's run in with "the runs" last year, I went to the store only to come home to --you guessed it--A HUGE PILE OF STINKY DIAHRREA on my CARPET. I have rented a rug doctor and it is not coming out. It is in the middle of the family room. What am I going to do??? I am in crisis here...

Great to read everyone - sorry to hear about the ill dogs - Fee and Jenn - I hope they are getting better.

Tina - like Noah's digs very much - will try not to let wombat see them as he/she will be most envious.

Sassy - you sound like you are travelling well - 20 weeks already and a boy/girl mix then - will be lots of fun shopping for them. Glad I don't live near you - would be very wary of men in mustangs.

Nickster - enjoy that warm weather.

Hi Meg too .

I am going well if over being so humungous (14 kg - think thats about 28 pounds now) and still it keeps coming - I am trying to be careful (not even an afternoon choccie treat) but to no avail. Think it's fluid now - ankles are becoming very unattractive.

Wombat's room has progressed! The walls are finished and have come up really well thanks DH's hard prep work. I still can't move any furniture in as he is still fiddling around with power points and the floor (where there used to be a hole) but I think we are almost there.

Spoke to the stroller shop today - the cocoon for our stroller may be coming in on a container at end of June or mid July or may be not - very helpful (not !) - we ordered it in April! Grrr.

And now the sweepstake:

I am picking Benjamin will be born on 10th July and he will weigh 7pounds 10.

Wombat will weigh 8 pounds 5 - I'm still not sure if wombat will be a boy or a girl - help me here ladies - and will come along on 9 July. I will give you a clue - dr says he won't let me go over a week overdue - he doesn't like to with IVF cases.

Bye for now - time to pace around the house and try not to eat anything - it's over an hour til dinner - help!

Hello everyone!!!

Fee , I am sorry about your dog, I love dogs so much it breaks my heart when I hear one is not doing well, I hope your furry baby get better!!!.

Talking about furry babies, today is Sanson's birthday!!!, he is turning 2, I can't believe he is 2 already!!!.

Sassy, you are halfway already, isn't that amazing!!!!!. Can't believe your in laws, buying a Mustang to BIL after all he did!!!!!!, oh well.....

Jenn and Nickster....oh, aren't the carpet presents from our furry babies adorable???? :? , I came home to one a couple of months ago too, but the poor thing was with diarrhea too, so I understood, but cleaning it was a nightmare!!!, fortunately it did come out. Jenn, even with those powerful carpet stain cleaners it doesn't come out?, I don't know what to say, the only thing I can think about if it doesn't come out is either to put a nice rug on top of the stain or to change the carpet (I know, it sucks...)

Angie.....we need updates on wombat's room (I mean pictures), remember we all want to see the before and after  . Your weight gain sound great by mine, I have put about 17kgs, so imagine that!! , it will be tough to lose them afterwards I guess, but I enjoyed it while it lasted  . About the sweepstakes, I was also told by my OB that he will not let me go over 5-7 days past my due date (which is July 1st), so you might want to reconsider your bet (notice I am being very kind by letting you change your bet!! ). I say wombat it coming on July 2, and Benjamin is coming on June 24. The bets are off girls!!!!!!!!!!!!, let's keep it rolling!!!!!!

Vicky - you are naturally super slim and svelte - I saw your pictures before you were preggo so you are allowed an extra 3kgs. Anyway am sure I will catch you up today as I just pigged out on a ton of chocolate liqorice (after having nothing in the house yesterday , I went shopping for treats today).

Apples, mandarins and chocolate - guess what, I haven't touched the fruit!

To all the girls whose pooches have had the runs - at least you will be used to clearing up poo - I can't imagine what I am going to be like with my first smelly nappy, having had no pets since a rabbit when I was 14!

THanks for the second chance on the bet Vicky - so you think early eh? - interesting - well in that case I will say 2nd July - I day over .

Today I washed some baby items - it felt really wierd and even more strange to see them flapping in the breeze outside.

Time for an afternoon nap - later girls. Let's have some more bets.

Hi all!

Jenn~ Aww....we jinxed you, big time! I guess we have started a messy carpet club, unfortuantely! Knock on wood we haven't had any issues for a while, thank God. Ours didn't really come out either. Most of it did, but a lot of the stain and some smell was still left. We had to have a carpet claeaning service come and actually it worked out well because they "sanitized" the spots too. Who knows if that even really works but being the germophobe I am, it sounded good!

Angie & Vicky~ It will definitely be an interesting race to the finish! You girls are in the home stretch now, Benjamin and Wombat could be arriving any time. Sorry, at this point I don't have any guesses as to the race but I will fill you in when I get my hunch.
Angie~ Glad to hear wombat's room is coming along. I bet you and dh can't wait until that project's done. Sounds like it has been quite the job!
Vicky~ I didn't realize Sanson was that young. How do you think he'll be when his brother enters the world?

Sassy~ Glad to hear from you. So one more week of work, that sounds nice. Then we can get updates all the time, although it sounds like you will still be keeping quite busy! Sounds like the triplets are doing very well. Like everyone else said, I can't believe you're already 20 weeks. That seems to have gone by quick. Can't wait to see the pics when you post.
Wow the crazy stories about BIL just keep coming don't they! Who in their right mind would buy that man a mustang? I guess they don't realize they are just completely enabling him, huh? That's just crazy.

Tina~ Lovin the pics of Noah's room! He certainly will be the envy of the crib club! I pulled that site up at work to see if any new pics were on there, and a couple girls were looking over my shoulder and said oh that room is so cute! So the opinions unanimous, it's adorable! I hope you and Noah are doing well.

Fee~ How are ya?

As usual not much new here (I feel like I type that same line every time I'm on here!!). I did make an appt with a new re, but it's not until the end of July. I'm kind of excited about it. From what I hear, the IVF process with him is far different than what I experienced with the old jack a**. This dr. does all of his own ultrasounds and it sounds like much more personal care. So I guess we will see what he has to say.

Hi!! Sorry I have been such a bad sista!! Just been crazy busy. My mom fell and broker her ankle and that made life even crazier. We are finishing Noah's room - you will have to check out the photobucket site for an update - his new chair arrived. This kid is spoiled already.

I don't have time for much more, but will post more tomorrow. Just wanted you to know I was thinking about you all!

Tina....I am so sorry to hear what happened to your mom!, hopefully she'll recover fast!. Regarding Noah's room, it is gorgeous!!!, very sophisticated and elegant, really classy, love it!!.

Nickster....I am excited about your new RE, sounds like you will feel much better with him than with the old one, keep us posted on your appt!!. About your question, I have no clue of how is Sanson going to react to his new brother, I have been reading about different ways to introduce him, we'll see what happens

Angie....you need to post pictures on the progress of wombat's room!!. How are you feeling lately?, I am getting anxious already, every time I go for my weekly OB appt I am wishing that he tells me "oh, you are 3cm dilated!, we'll keep you in the hospital", but I guess I have to wait for that

Well, in my last weekly OB appt, I was not dilated yet, but at least I am starting to have some effacement which gives me some hope  . I also posted some pics of Benjamin's room, it is not as classy as his friend Noah's but I really like it, so I wanted to share it with my sistas!!!!!
