Sorry, I was going back to check how many cells your embryo's had (since it looks like yours took) and just wanted to ask....how can you tell how many cells they are? I mean I look at your picture and look at mine and think...hmm, similar LOL I guess you just have to take Dr. T's word? He didn't tell me how many cells the other one was, but said "Umm, 6 cell and 5 cell I think" when I asked him about the other 2. I wonder if I can ask Monday when they call me about my other 2? I'm sad that mine didn't make it to 8 cell :(

wow Karen...congrates...what a good news....mine hpts looked just like yours on 8d5dt...so probably you will have a very high beta too....

Indie: telling you something is like telling a researcher...but....i have read that 2 celled mbies have given babies...in fact...once i read that the embryologist declared the embies as non viable and the embies proved him wrong......

Indie- Since mine were compacting, you can't count the cells anymore or it is hard to differentiate them. They have to get to 8 then 9 to start compacting and then they become the blasts were all the cells are dividing etc.
The other group I am in, there are plenty of people with 4, 5, 6 cell embies that grow into babies. You have a great shot and they are back where they need to be to continue to grow! :D
Praying for your 3!
Karen

Stress and Karen Thanks :) Mine really do look like 3 cell....I'll scan them and see if I can't get the picture on here. I guess maybe you can't see all the cells with the naked eye. I just keep thinking that maybe I made the embyologist irritated and he put 3 cells back in me or something....although I know that would be ethically wrong.

Okay...did it work LOL My scanner is a bit grainy, I upgraded to a all in one and the scanner part is CRUD! LOL and I'm too lazy to hook up my Epson again...but hopefully you can see them clearly :)

Indie - Congratulations on the 3 embies, they're beautiful and you're PUPO!!! Odd the embryologist just wanted to put back 2, but glad you held your ground and fought for 3.

beccatx - PUPO is pregnant until proven otherwise :)

karen - Wow, congrats on the BPF! When is your beta?

Nothing new with me, just continuing the stims and have another u/s in the morning to see how things are progressing. Hope everyone had a great weekend.

Karen – can you tell we’re all eager to hear your number? :)

Had another u/s this morning and we have 10 follies, so I’m hoping they all make it to ER. They’re measuring from 13-9mm and we’re planning to stim 4 more days, so we really need those smaller 9’s to catch up (think I have 4 at 9mm). I was hoping to have a few more, but if we get 10 mature eggs I will be totally ecstatic!! Looks like we’ll probably trigger on Friday and ER on Sunday, but I’ll find out more at my next u/s on Thursday. Am I the last one bringing up the rear on this thread?

Just a note....Karen's doctor probably won't call her till 2 or 3pm. That seems to be when the nurses at that clinic do their call backs.....but if she doesn't post by then, she's holding out on us...or out celebrating LOL (joking Karen).

Angram YAY....wouldn't that be nice to trigger and have ER on the weekend! I had ET on the weekend and it just seems so much more relaxed. I think 10 follies sounds GREAT too!!!

stress - Sorry to hear you're feeling so bad, but at least you're having symptoms, I'm totally excited about that part :)

I don't remember all of my stimming symptoms from last time, but this time I'm exhausted, starving, bloated, and crampy. Were those normal for you all? My lower back is also aching and I'm just thinking, what a wimp. I usually have such a high tollerance, but I'm just feeling so blah these past couple of days. We have another u/s on Thursday, but RE is planning (so far) to stim through Thursday night and then hopefully trigger on Friday. Maybe it's because my meds have increased this round to 375 of gonal f, no idea. Anyway, I'm just excited to have 10 follies so far and I'm praying they're all mature and ready to get the party started with DH's boys :)

Hi Stress, yes, I too have had nausua. It started right in the sixth week as predicted. I haven't thrown up, just feel the overwhelming urge to do so. I am having a hard time getting enough calories as most food just makes me sick. I have been exhausted since Week 4. I'm hoping these symptoms will subside once I get through the first tri-mester. I'm still working through the the fact that we are having twins, as I knew this was a possiblity, but just really didn't think it would happen. I am also concerned about the possibility they are in the same sac which lends itself to a host of other medical issues. I'm mostly just a nervous wreck right now and trying to get through the week. We have our 8 week U/S on Sunday, which will hopefully resolve the sac issue and confirm that there are no more than 2 babies.

Stress: Sorry you're feeling badly....but yum on the pancakes :) We had those for supper last week because I was just not craving anything....and wanted something pretty plain. (I don't eat syrup on my pancakes, yes I'm strange LOL). Anyhow, eat what you crave! Unless it gets wierd LOL

Angram: I was on 225 of GonalF the first few days and then they bumped me to 300....so maybe that's why I didn't have a lot of side effects. I hope you get to feeling better and your trigger shot comes soon so you can get some relief :)

Karen: Worried about you....hope you're just busy with work, being pregnant and your son :) Let me know how your Beta went....praying for you!

Baylor: Good luck on your next U/S....praying that you only have 2 in there as I know this decision is weighing heavy on your heart.

Ugghhh, 2ww is awful LOL The side effects of all this medicine, plus the fact that I now have a cold is HORRIBLE. I finally broke down today and got some meds for constipation....so I could stop pushing so hard. I guess that is what makes me most nervous, the coughing from being sick and the pushing in the bathroom to go....but I asked the nurse again and she assures me that I can not push them out. I wonder what the 'not lifting more than 25 pounds rule is about then?" I would think I was putting the same 'stress' on that area by pushing that I was by lifting something heavy. Then again, constipation is listed as one of the main side effects of the Progesterone so I'm sure millions of women have still gotten a BFP and had constipation due to ET/Progesterone.

Ahhh, crap! I thought I posted! So sorry, I had to work and I seem to have been forgetful lately. So DH tells me.

She said they like to see b/w 45-150, Beta was 164 @ 13DPO. I go back in the morning. My lines are def getting darker so we will see. I am ready for an u/s! I promise I will update when they call me tomorrow.

Indie- I have been getting the constipation the last few days and it is not helping with the other issue I have down there that we talked about. I need to ask about that. Your embies look great!

Bear-I hope you get the news you are hoping for on Sunday. I can't imagine the stress you are feeling. I am worried about twins too. Talk about life changing.

Angram-You are so close now. I bet you will have some smaller ones pop up too.

Stress- When did your symptoms start? I am feeling tons of cramping.
Karen
