Hello:
I just wanted to let you know that I got a BFN on my FET.
I had a good cry and then dh cooked me a fantastic steak and we had some red wine...
Had my post consult today and I have 8 3 day embies left. We are going to go right into another cycle...which will be our 4th frozen attempt. So, I really hope this FET works. We have success with fresh, but never frozen. I know so many woman do, so I am going to pray that this is the cycle for us.

IMBLESSED: Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait to hear your beta #!!

JHarris: I am glad you have had your followup consult. Sounds like your RE is really trying to work with you! That is nice.

Cooking girl: Woo Hoo, Twins!!! Congrats!

Babygurlstages: Try not to stress to much during the 2WW. I know it is so hard. Good luck and lots of babydust.

Queenie: Good luck with your transfer this Fri.

Dakota: Great news on your 5 day transfer..the embies must be doing great.

Hoping in pa: I am so sorry that your eggs were immature. How frustrating for you! Sending lots of hugs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good luck to those stimming.
Baby dust to all of us,
Kim

jharris I know that you said your RE was going to work with you on disc, but have you talked to them about maybe participating in a study or shared program to maybe get it 50% or free, if that is something you are interested in? The clinic I used to go to does ALOT of studies (GRS). I looked into a study they were doing 2 years ago for IVF and PCOS, btu I didnt meet their criteria because I wasnt "big" enough. Tell you what, made me want to go to the donut shop...I can catch up

Anyway, I was just thinking of some ways that maybe you can start a little sooner if you could.

This board is on fire this afternoon! I can barely keep up!

Thanks Dakota. Maybe I can ask him about it. I go back in a couple weeks to see what he came up with. Do they not ask patients if they want to be part of a study? I would think the more the better?! I will have to ask about that. I am willing to try anything to get started again. And you are just too funny! I had the same problem about sleeping during my 2ww. My bbs were really sore, and I usually sleep kind of on my side/stomach, it was so hard to get comfortable. Just look at it as getting prepared for a big ole belly to deal with!! :D

Oh Kimmy, I am so sorry to hear that. This board seems to be about half and half on results. :? I'm glad you are able to jump right back into the game. We are all still here for you through your next cycle.

Kimmy...I am so sorry. Lots of hugs to you & dh. ((hugs))

jharris... Alot of time they will advertise a sign when you "check out" or on their website, but they usually fill up fast so they dont advertise too much. I asked about upcoming studies, thats how I found out about the PCOS study they did. My AP was telling me that he is in the works with one of the clinics about a deal he was negotiating for a study there. He would go to their building and do AP on their patients. He couldnt tell me who the clinic is until the deal is done. SO my guess whomever gets to paticipate in that deal will be getting a HUGE bargin.
Good Luck!!

Dakota Glad to hear they have studies fairly often. If this cycle doesn't work we *may do another one down the road. Not sure....husband may be 100% against it due to the money factor (even at study cost it still can rack up....although not nearly as much as a full cycle).

Good luck on Friday :) I don't go back in until Wednesday for my Beta, but I'm praying praying praying that I get to see a second line on those HPT before then.

Kimmy and Hopinginpa – So sorry to hear your news. Glad you guys are jumping right back in. Have a nice big glass of wine and a good long soak. Hope things go better the next round.

MzTia -Good luck on your ER on Friday.

Well, they called and said my E2 was 224 which they said was good. She said they like to see at least 100 – 200. So I keep on doing the same amount of drugs and don’t go back in until Saturday. At least everything looks good. Weather is so weird here. It is really beautiful right now but about an 1 1/2 hours ago it was pouring down rain and I had to walk through what seemed like a river in the parking lot. My sandals got soaked so I was walking around with that squishy icky feel. :x

turtles WTG on the E2!!
Thanks for the crappy weather. It was very pertty here (GA) all day long, now 10 mins before I get ready to leave work the thunder and darkness comes. The sky is about to start rolling, makes for a horrible crappy drive home since no one knows how to drive in Atlanta!!

kimmy & hopinginpa - please hang in there. Think the good thoughts of why it is we put ourselves through this. Many hugs to you. Take your time on getting good vibes back into you!

You're right, Friday is going to be a HUGE day for many of you. Know that the thoughts are on the positive side here, coming to you wherever you are (even where you are mentally). Feel it, and you will do it! So glad to hear about the transfer #'s and E2! PMA all the way...

Thank you again for your support. Today beta#3 was 693, and they are pleased all is moving along as expected. No more appts for me til end of month for 7wk u/s. That sounds pretty surreal to finally say, but am ecstatic that it can actually happen and I know it will for the rest of you too!

This is still the hopping thread for sure!! :D

Dakota: WONDERFUL!!! they are doing great, I'm so happy for you! And you'll have Qeenie and Prawnster to join the big transfer party. More exciting news on the horizon. YIPPEEE.
Please don't pee in your pants from all the excitement...I know the hurt in the butt, I was in SO MUCH pain from the PIO shots that I could hardly walk. Finally the put me on endometrin...so much more expensive butt what a relief !!

Emmy is having her second beta on Friday, we'll be pulling for you.

Hoping: I'm so very sorry about your poor quality eggs. I think third time's a charm. I'm glad you'll be joining me and JHarris for the next cycle. I joined Cocosmomma on the August thread since I'll start the stims in August. Big hug for you and do something that will make you feel good and relaxed.

Kimmy: Sorry to hear about your BFN. Best of luck on your next try!

Turtles: looks like you're doing good on your stims. Keep up the good work!

Mztia: Congrats on your trigger tonight...you're almost there!

SDTrying: Good luck on your board exam tomorrow, I know you must be cramming right now...Hope you don't have a big nasty headache from all that studying.

JHarris: If you want to do acupuncture, it's best to start at least 2 months in advance to get the full benefit of it. I hope you get to do it, I feel so much better since starting.

Kimmy and Hoping - I'm so sorry things didn't work out with this cycle. But, I'm glad you both will be able to jump right back into the game and try again. We are very strong women to be able to endure so much during this process.

To the 2ww'ers, hang in there and take it easy.

To those who are stimming, be patient....those follies will grow and you'll be entering the 2ww in no time.

To those who are starting all over again because of BFN or cancelled cycle, but are still keeping in touch on this thread, I'm happy to see your posts. Your positive spirit gives me energy.

Well Ladies, my beta is tomorrow, so pray for me.
Me - 38, DH - 40 (male factor)

2nd IVF - 3/08 - BFN
3rd IVF -5/08- BFP - THANK YOU GOD!!!

IMBlessed: All my fingers crossed for you on your beta tomorrow!!
Good luck :D

ftg: Good beta !! and an ultrasound already scheduled...fantastic. It must be surreal to finally be there...so many amazing moments we go through, more than other women who can just get pregnant because we anticipate every step of the way. Let's all enjoy our road and be thankful to have such incredible support from all of you.

Hope I didn't forget anyone else.

I want to hear tons of great news tomorrow..

Hello Girls,

It is some crazy time in the morning here and I can't sleep! Had my ER today and they got a whopping 25 eggs. Though the dragon ER doctor said that was too many really and they may not implant. What is she on about, I know it is about quality and not quantity but surely it depends on whether any nice embryos come out of it? I went from really happy to feeling worried - I am hoping she is just the sort of evil person who makes silly flippant remarks! Anyway i will have to wait and see what the Embryologist says Friday and then hopefully join the Dakota & Queenie transfer party - yipee

Well done Dakota and Queenie for your forthcoming transfers - I think Friday the 13th will be very lucky because there are three of us to contend with. Come on Beanies... I know what you mean re: sore boobies by the way but luckily I will start pessaries so will not suffer butt injections

JHarris - Hope you get going next month, fingers crossed for you

Kimmysq - Sorry about your BFN - good luck with your next cycle

hopinginpa - Sorry your eggs weren't ready. Glad to hear you are jumping straight back on the bandwaggon.

Cookingirl - Congrats for being so clever and getting twins!

Adsgirl - I stimmed for 12 days. Hope you are okay.

To everyone else, loads of baby dust
Louise x

Just to say please ignore the (not so smiley) smiley faces at the end of my post. They were supposed to be inserted by the word Dragon ER. Also ignore where it says the colour green by Dakota's name.

I blame it on the drugs you know!

Night

Wowser! I was offline yesterday and I had 5 pages to catch up on!! Go girlies go!

Cookinggirl - WOOOOHOOOO!!!!! I am so excited for you! Twins! That is so dreamy. Looking forward to how you progress.

Prawnster, Dakota and Queenie - best of luck on Friday. Be sure to take it easy for a couple of days. Prawnster, I had 40 eggs!! And got a BFP so tell that dragon doc to stuff it.

Hoping and kimmy - sorry for your news. You both sound like your ready to jump back in. I commend you for that. In the meantime, enjoy that wine!

SD - I can't wait for my US. Congrats on a strong little tadpole. What? you don't find the tail just a little cute?

JHarris- glad to hear you so positive and that cycle 2 is a real possibility. We paid out of pocket too - the way I figure it is it's only money right?

For any that I have missed, hope you are well!

My DH is out of town so I have had to do my PIO shots on my own :( . But I am happy and proud to say that I have done a right side yesterday (though it was a gusher for some reason, very unsettling) and today with my left hand (no problem). I felt a little like Dakota's DH but I got through it. I got so worked up talking myself into it all my dogs were gathered around me in the kitchen looking at me like I was off my rocker.
