Indie- That is fantastic new. How excited you must be. So, have you told dh yet?
Where did you get those strips? Were they expensive? maybe I should look into those.
I have not called the dr. office yet...though I need to as I need more progesterone. Guess I will do that this afternoon.

I am feeling very optimistic as of now.....there is just something totally different about how I feel this time than the last time.
However, I don't even think my embies have implanted yet.

Hey, where did you get a list as to what to expect after a 3day transfer?

Thank you ladies :) Here is the list:

This is what happens in a 3dt :

1dpt ..Embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins, as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely implanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

This is what happens in a 5dt:

-1dpt ..Embryo is growing and developing
0dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
1dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3dpt.. Implantation begins, as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
5dpt.. Morula is completely implanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
6dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Pregnancy Test Strips are from eBay. They were 4.99 I think for 20 or 25....and each is individually wrapped and they all have long expiration dates. I did pick up 2 First Response today too....I plan on using those on Monday and Tuesday maybe or Sunday and Tuesday as long as the strips get darker. I think it was under 10.00 for all of them with shipping....but I ordered them before it got 'hot' outside because I didn't know how they would fair in a hot mail truck...etc. I actually ordered them before I even started shots LOL Back in February or March LOL

Thanks again for the congrats....I pray that this wasn't just some strange Friday the 13th bad luck thing and they get darker tomorrow and the next day....etc.

Okay Indie- I just got on ebay and purchased the strips. I hope they don't take longer than a week to get here. I only got 10 but it was for less than a dollar, and the shipping was only 4 bucks. So, cheaper than an HPT.
I do have one HPT, but figured I would wait to use that until next Sunday or so.

thank you so much for the layout of what our embies are doing each day. Mine shoud be implanting tomorrow. I hope they are working their magic:)

Heather Glad you found some :) I figured even if these aren't the greatest things in the world....they would work for my daily testing until I got a light line and then I'd move over to another brand to confirm it. I plan on taking my first FRER tomorrow. The line on my strip got darker this morning :) Maybe not as dark as it could have been....I got up at midnight to pee :( but still....it was darker and that is what I was looking for LOL

Ladies I just wanted to say that I think it's over for me. Yesterday's line got darker but then this morning I took 2 of the test strips and 1 of the FRER and all 3 were stark NEGATIVE!!! I'm having those hot flashes like I do before I start (first thing of the morning), as well as some AF type cramps. I'm also a bit bloated, so again....all signs that AF is going to show. Sadly the cold, fever, cough, constipation, the fact that I didn't do bedrest? Everything combined in to one and the little embryo just didn't make it :(

I'm sick....just sick. I have cried and cried and I just don't want to move....this is the most horrible feeling ever. The drive to the RE on Wednesday is going to be the most depressing thing I've had to do in a long time.

Anyhow, thank you all for praying for me. I just don't understand why God would let me see 2 positives and then take it all away from me :( but women go through this all the time and they get over it so maybe I will recover soon too :)

Thanks again!

Indie....stay positive!! Some people on this site regularly advise to stay away from those EVIL HPTs. I also Advise you that.

May those strips are farce.

Its not over till AF shows its ugly face...keep up the PMA, AND STAY POSITIVE...:)

Indie_ I have read of people getting negative HPT's until the beta test. So, please do not give up hope. I too have heard to stay away from those evil things...I was mad at myself last year for doing one. Take it easy for the next few days. AND keep up the PMA.

Hi Ladies -

Thank you for all your prayers. I was able to make it down to see Sassy, still hoping all along that she would pull through. Unfortunately, she passed on Tuesday 6/3. Thanks to the Lord Almighty, however, we were all blessed to have had the opportunity to bring her home on Monday - the only thing she wanted at that point - and we had our entire family (24 of us) around her. She had a wonderful homecoming - laughing, joking and even eating a little bit (she hadn't eaten anything in 4 days). We all camped out at her house for the night as the Hospice nurse had said that time was short. She lived through the night, sleeping in a very deep, restful sleep. She never woke up and the next day, around 6pm, she just slowly stopped breathing. We were all around her bed, all with a hand on her, letting her know we were there and that it was ok to go Home. It was a very peaceful way to pass and I am grateful to God that she is no longer in pain and that she is rejoicing in Heaven with Jesus and all her family and friends, including my grandfather, who passed before her.

These last two weeks have been tough. I stayed through an extra week to be with my mother, as she and Sassy were best friends. My mom had moved in with her 11 years ago (though my dad still lived next door) after my grandfather passed. They were inseparable and my mom is having a very hard time. My mom has lost her mother and her best friend in the world and all of us feel as though we have lost not just a grandmother, but a mom and dear friend as well. I know His grace is sufficient and He will get us all through this, and we must all grieve... it is just still so hard right now.

Thank you again for all your prayers and please do keep my mother especially in your prayers, as she goes through the next days, weeks and months, trying to find some new sense of normalcy in a world turned upside down. I pray that she will continue to rely on His strength and His grace to get her through. I just wish there were more I could do for her.

I'm sorry I haven't had a chance to catch up on on everyone's status. I will hopefully get a chance to do that soon. I did read Indie's last post, though... please stay positive, sweetie. I don't think I ever posted it - but I took 3 HPTs that were negative before I finally got a +, just a few days before a normal test time. Don't lose faith. Listen to your girl Sonu and stay away from the sticks! :)

Dear Hope,

I am so sorry to hear about Sassy. She must have been a wonderful person to have had the good fortune to have her entire family by her side in her last moments. That does show a lot of love. Like you said, at least she is free from the pain.

I feel terrible for your Mum too. I can feel your pain in wishing there was more you could do. Hopefully the grief will be replaced with fond memories as time passes.

You have been such an inspiration and a source of strength for us here even though we haven't met in person that I can only imagine what a kind and generous person you must be for your family. Just keep on being you.

Lots of hugs as you go through this difficult time.

Hope So glad that you made it to see her, I know how much that means. I got to spend the last waking moments with my grandpa a few years ago before he passed as well and it meant the world to me. I will keep your mother in my prayers, I know that must be hard on her...being so close to her for so long.
