Suggestions on announcing pregnancy to family?

Hi Everyone!
I know this is premature, (I start my first IVF next week) but has anyone thought of cute and unique ways you would announce to family that you are preggers? I am looking for ways to make the announcement and was wondering if anyone has heard of anything? Thanks and good luck to all!

The last time i was pregnant i bought some swarovski crystal dummies and gave one to my mum, my grandmother, and my mother in-law.
I thought they would get it straight away, but they thought i was calling them stupid (dummies). They did understand eventually :lol:
