adsgirl- your follies sound great! Good luck with your retreival. Sounds like you might get a lot of eggs. Thanks for the support, I don't think I will poas because I get blood test done every other day. Also, I took an hcg booster shot last night so the test would not be accurate for at least a few more days. My official test date is the Fri the 27th but I will have a test run Mon and Wed also so I am hoping we can tell before Fri.

Hi all!

I went in yesterday for ER I don't want to scare anyone so I will leave it with I am very bloated and can hardly move. The do ER under general anesthesia so that was not painful. Well they retrieved 14 eggs. They are suppose to call me today and let me know how many fertilized (w/ICSI) and when my transfer time is on Saturday. I will update when I know more.

Bell - are you getting excited for your transfer tomorrow?

Hey Everyone, they retrieved 6 eggs.

Unfortunately they could not get the 3 on the left side

He was worried he might hit my intestines because it is so high up. I actually feel pretty good. We went out to lunch after we left the hospital. Now I am starting to feel some twinches and tired. They will call either later today or tomorrow for a report. I am worried that not all the eggs will be mature. I had 4 good size follies 2 days ago. PMA, PMA. I need to keep repeating that in my head.

Again, sounds like some good follies you have there. I wouldn't scream bloody murder until after the shot. You don't want him to jump back and pull the needle out

I am doing the PIO shot tonight and worried about DH. I showed him the needle the other day and he said "I can't do that, we just won't be able to have a baby"

He seems a little better today.

jcurlygirl Alright on the eggs. When did you start feeling yucky? I just got back and feel o.k. Did you bloat in the night? Drink some gatorade so you don't get OHSS.

Well, I am going to take a nap now. Hope everyone else is doing great.

jcurlygirl- I had a lot of pain after my retreival this time. The previous time I had none at all, so each person and round is different. Drink a lot of water, and I also took milk of magnesia to help me go to the bathroom. Sorry if that is tmi but I wish someone would have told me ahead of time to take this. I was hurting and feeling backed up at the same time. The pain was almost gone by the time of the transfer. The bedrest helped it to go away completely.

Turtlesonstump- let us know how that report goes. Last round I only retreived 6 eggs and 5 fertilized, and were a lot better quality than the round before when I had nine eggs. The number is not the most important thing, it only takes one!

adsgirl- the hcg shot is not bad at all. I was on bedrest the day of the transfer and 2 days after that. It doesn't seem long but it felt like forever. Do you have to do bedrest? Many people don't have to do it at all or just the day of.

Hope eveyone is doing well, and looking forward to getting some bfp's soon!

hey ladies, sorry for crashing your board but i have a question. has anyone of you got no ewcm after taking the trigger shot? i was on gonal-f and antagon and i have noticed the last two days am almost dry while mon,tue i was running wet. is this normal? or have i missed my ovulation already. took ovidrel yesterday?

Hi ladies

Adsgirl - looks like you are going to have great numbers. The worst part of the HCG shot is the stick. I am also doing Progesterone back there and we have found that if you lay on the bed they don't hurt as bad. Don't worry!

For those ladies that are havng a lot of pain after ER, I understand. I still am having pain from ER last Saturday. My Dr. told me to sit and sleep in a recliner to reduce the pain and it really does help.

For those of you that went to lunch and are up around after ER Great Job. I am so jealous.

For all of you who are doing ER and ET best of luck. Thinking about you.

For me I had my ET this morning. They transfered 2 embryos that were in great condition. So here is praying. We did find out that none of our others made it so we didn't have any to cyro but when I get my BFP in 2 weeks it will well worth it. Sounds like some of you go into the office for BW every couple of days after ET. My doc doesn't have you come in until pregnancy test which will be July 1! For now I am on bedrest for 5 days. This sounds like another thing not everyone has to do. So here goes the 2 ww. Good luck everyone can't wait to see the outcomes!

Quick question for you ladies. I am starting my antibiotic doxycycline tonight and it says to take 2xdaily starting tonight for 4 days. Does that mean I take one or two tonight? I already took one. Thanks.

I am not feeling so hot now. I am glad we went out to eat when I was still feeling good for the pain meds. My just feel so achy and yucky.

Tarabeltwo - Congrats on your 2 embies that you transfered. Wow 5 days bed rest. Hope you have a lot of books to read. I have 3 days bed rest. Good luck!!

This is my first round of IVF. We go tomorrow to our meds. I'll be starting them Sunday. I am very nervous about what to expect. Good luck to you!

bell - hope you husband second sample worked. How are you feeling?

Rosario - Sounds like they are having a hard time suppressing you. I think they want E2 to be under 40 to start stims. I could be wrong. 600 does sound like they think you are going to be hard to stimulate. Is this your 1st time? Last month I started out at 150 and moved to 300 but never really got anything going (only 3 follies). They were surprised I was hard to stim because my FSH was a good number. This time I have been at 450 and have 7 What was your cycle day 3 FSH? Good luck with your next blood work.

Well, had to go in today for more blood work. They checked my hCG to see if I need another shot or not. They are also checking my E2 again. yesterday is was 1700. I can't wait for tomorrow. I have to be at the hospital at 7am and ER is at 8:30. Woo Hoo:D

Hey thats a great question hmmmmmmm I dont think i even know what my day 3 fsh levels were. I might have to get back to you about that. Now I think they will start my off with 600 because i have severe endo and due to this and the past 2 laps i have been left with partial ovary damage x2 due to the adhesions. I think RE thinks i wont produce much follies because of my damage. What do you think? But I will get back to you about those numbers, ok?

Rosario I don't know anything about endo so that might be it. I didn't resond well the first time to stims but that might be because I have scarring on ovaries from surgeries. they weren't able to get to the left ovary because it was stuck high on the intestines. They were able to recover 6 from the right which is lower. I will know tomorrow how well that one did. Good luck to you. I don't know exactly what my day 3 FSH but I know it was less than 10. Good luck to you.

Hi all, just got back from b/w and u/s. it was my first u/s after 6 days of stimming, and the result is nothing, nada. I couldnt believe it. my RE said she just a cyst in the left and nothing in the right ovary. their office will call me later today to let me know what to do next, as in whether to continue stimming or to cancel the cycle. I promised to DH that I wont cry whatever the result of the scan is, i promised to come out of those curtains smiling - well I failed him. I guess I am soon going to be the guaranteed non-responder to stimming drugs. I am so hurt...
