Starting injections tomorrow

I test on July 4th with HPT and Beta blood test on July 5th. I will keep you updated on any symptoms. I don't anticipate any sysmptoms until day 6 or 7.

Hi girls, well it is 5dpo today and only feel crampy and boobs hurt off and on but that could be from the prometrium so I am not really reading anything into the symptoms. Other than that everything seems to be going well. Kery how are things going with you? Not Hopeless are you on vacation now or what has been going on?

I don't know why but this site stopped sending me auto-updates when there were still messages being sent back and forth! So it dawned on me I ought to check in and see how the insemy went. That is awesome you had 3 eggs!!! And cramping is totally normal. One time I felt crampy for almost a full day after the insem...

So, since I'm behind the ball on these messages it looks like by now you only have about a week to go before bloodwork. So exciting! Can't wait to hear from you at the end of next week. (Everything's crossed! Finger, Toes, Legs, Eyes... LOL)

Yea those meds can really play tricks on your mind. I was on progestrone for the 2ww and that gave you pegnancy symptoms as well so I tryed not to read into any symptoms to much. I have just stopped taking progestrone thank god, that stuff is so messy. I am 13 weeks and starting to show now. With my DS I didn't start showing until 18 weeks!! I went for a scan a few days ago and baby is looking good.

Hey ladies, well today is 8dpo and I feel hardly nothing. Even on progesterone my boobs are not sore nor do I feel much cramping. I am not feel too hopeful right now. Even with progesterone I should be feeling something right? Well I will do an HPT on Friday then blood test on Saturday. We shall see. I went for my progesterone blood test on Monday the 23rd and my progesterone was 5.3 which doctor says it is a post ovulatory number so I must have ovulated on Saturday or Sunday which I am hoping I ovulated on Saturday night or Sunday morning. We shall see. I wonder if when you have 3 eggs at size 15, 22, and 23 if they all release or how many actually release. Do either of you know by any chance? Kery, i am so glad to hear everything looks good with baby and that you are doing well. Not hopeless, what is on your agenda?

Hi Rainbow-
My doc has told me that anything over 18 will ov... so hopefully your 15 grew a lil more and you have 3 possibilities in there. Stay positive. And hopefully you'll have the best 4th of July present EVER!
As for me, my cousin has been here over 3 weeks on an internship and my aunt/uncle just arrived on Fri night for a weeklong stay. But to be honest, I'm ready to take my privacy back. After weeks of playing tour guide in Boston I'm actually glad to be at work this week.
Oh and I"ll be in your neck of the woods in Aug... if there's any B&Bs you can recommend that would be great. Or sites we should see while in San Fran.
As for fertility rollercoaster (you know i'm starting shots again at the end of Aug.) but I was a tiny bit hopeful earlier this week because my period was 2 days late... and i'm NEVER late. But i think with the past 2 mths of injectibles my body is recovering. It was weird on the injectibles as well because of the trigger shot I always ended up with AF earlier & heavier than normal. Now this month i was late. I guess you never know what's going to happen? But I'll be ready to get back on the IF band wagon after our vacation.

I wouldn't be worried about having no signs just yet it's still only early days. Implantation occurs between day 6 and 10 and there are many girls who still don't get any signs. You are lucky that you can test so early my clinic doesn't test for 17 days after the iui. I think it's beacause of the HCG shots they put us on after the iui. Yea I'm not sure how the egg release thing goes. I had two mature eggs but when I had a scan done just before the iui only one of them had realeased. I guess everyone is different.

Im hearing ya girl!! I had friends staying for a while. It was great to see them but great to have my house back to myself when they had gone!! Will you be doing another iui in August or moving on to ivf?

hi Kery-
Our insurance requires one more round of GonalF injectibles plus IUI before we can move onto IVF. Did you do IVF? So, when we get back from vacation in late Aug I'll start whenever my next cycle starts.
Hang in there and keep us updated after your next U/S.

Well just hope that this one works then you won't have to do ivf. Yea I did two cycles of isci. The first one they cancelled as I only produced four mature follies. So the next cycle they upped the meds and I got my follies. DH had his TESA (sperm retreival) done on the same day but they only got three abnormal sperm. So that was the end of that!! It sucked as we spent so much money. Nevermind it all worked out in the end.
August will be here before you know it!!!

Hi Kery and Not Hopeless, well it was a BFN

. Well I think I am going to take a couple of months off and rest and get my body healthy. I am still doing acupuncture and herbs so we shall see. I have given my deposit for the IVF and I am schedule for November. I am hoping I can get really healthy by then and have good egg quality with all the herbs and acupuncture. I am not too down. It is depressing at times but I am looking at the future to my IVF. Now if that fails I will need to go to a nut house because I am going to be a wreck. Kery, how is the baby doing and Not Hopeless, where are you at right now, still home or on vacation now? Girls I am really ok. I do have my hopes up for the IVF thing so i hope it works.

Oh rainbows i am so sorry gee if anyone deserved a bfp it is you after all those trys at it. You must be a strong lady to keep going through all those cycles, I would have given up a long time ago!!! Anyway I think ivf is the best option for you in your situation. November will be here before you know it girl! I'm doing fine. I have days when I drag myself to work as I feel really tired but hopefully that will pass soon. Please stay in touch and let us know how things go. Big hugs.
