Hi ladies....those of you still here. We seem to have lost our way since Indie's sad news. Still thinking of you though! Angram...when is your beta? Stress....the sickness should fade eventually! I know it really stinks (pun intended :))! I had my final study visit yesterday and I expressed concern about something bad happening with progesterone suddenly gone so the nurses said they have been doing progestrone blood test follow-ups 24 hours later just to make sure my level on my own now will suffice. I do that today at 1:30...if it's ok, then I'll feel relieved and free! The study paperwork/survey took about 3 minutes...just multiple choice-type survey...no opinion/write in type stuff, so it was easy.

Have a great day!

beccatx - You're right, the board has been incredibly quiet these past couple of weeks... My beta is this Sunday and I haven't POAS'd and not planning to, although it's killing me not to. I'm so worried that the call won't be good news, but I'm trying to keep the PMA that I can celebrate on Sunday!! Great news that the study portion is finally over for you, guess that means you're now in your 2nd trimester? Congratulations are in order!!

Hope everyone else is doing well and I'll let you all know my results on Sunday.

Ladies....sorry to see my negative cycle bringing such a somber tone over the group :( I wanted to chime in and say that while I'm touched that my negative has touched you all and you have been dear friends though it all....but, do NOT feel badly for me :)

I truly believe that God has a miracle in store for me. He's working on me, and while I would have LOVED to get a positive after all that we went through, I'm okay with waiting for my miracle and just enjoying watching him work in my life.

So please keep those spirits up and I'll definitely be watching for your positives :)....and those of you that are already pregnant, I'll be watching to see how your babies mature and grow and that WONDERFUL day when you bring them in to your family.

I will keeping working towards that miracle that God has in store for me....I know it'll happen.

Hey Ladies!
I had my u/s today & we got 1 little bean. The heart was beating at 118. It was very cool to see. The baby is measuring about 5 week 6 days so has some catching up to do. I go back for another u/s on the the 8th of July.
We are leaving for Florida for a week on Sunday, so I don't know if I will be on much. I am so looking forward to being on vacation and sleeping!

Angram- I can't wait to hear your results on Sunday. Are you feeling any different? I got everything crossed for you.

Becca- I bet you are glad to be done with the study stuff. I got 2 more visits and we will be done. I am so grateful for it though. Let me know how the progesterone goes. I have low progesterone naturally, so I will be concerned about this as well. But by 12 weeks the placenta takes over - so it should be ok.

Indie-So glad that you posted and are doing well. I have been thinking about you. God does have a miracle planned for you! (HUGS)

Indie...it's awesome to hear from you and you are so right. God will reward your faithfulness and I know there are beautiful things ahead for you. You are such an incredible person and we truly missed you...it's not the same without you. When do you meet with RE? Are you thinking near future or distant future for your next step?

Karen- that's so exciting you saw the heart beat! My follow-up progesterone was 27.5. That's about 25 hours after the ring was out and they said that was good, I could go off the progesterone supplementation...duh!...I already did...y'all took it from me :) I said could it go down from here and they said no it'll go up. I never knew what it was during the time I took the progesterone?????

Angram !!!!! Whew Hoo! Congratulations!

Thanks angram for your advice. My AF started on Thur, woo-hoo and now I have a head cold. Fun times. I go for labwork and ultrasound on Tues then start stims and doxy on Wed. Getting there. My poor husband is being a trooper. I had a meltdown yesterday because yet another friend of mine is pregnant without all the hoops of ivf. Indie-thinking of you! Hope you are doing ok...faith and hope for good things. It is very hard. Take care everyone!

Soderbee -Wow, time does fly. Great news that you get to start the meds this week, you'll be PUPO before you know it :)

beccatx - Glad to hear your body is doing what it's meant to do and you no longer have to use the meds, great news!

karen - How exciting to finally see your little bean, I can only imagine how emotional that must be. I've been crampy all week, but the cramping has changed slightly in the past 2 days. I just feel sort of sick to my stomach, sour like I ate something bad..not sure what it is. Other than that, feeling pretty normal.

Indie - It's so good to hear from you and I also believe God has a miracle planned for you. Take good care of yourself, DH and the little one's you have at home.

Hello all... Sorry I have been absent the last few days. I was on a short vacation and our lives have been super-crazy lately. I had my 10-week U/S with my regular OB yesterday and everything looked good. We still have two strong heartbeats. I go in for my 12-week U/S and final study visit on 7/13/08. I too am worried about giving up the progesterone ring. I think I ended up with one extra ring, so I may keep it and cheat a little so that I can have the extra week. I have fully decided on that yet.

My DH and I are trying to make some decisions regarding cars & houses, etc. now that we are expecting two babies instead of one. My husband drives a pick-up truck that will not carry to car seats. We had been on the hunt for a larger house, but we have had to expedite that process as well. We have lots going on right now, so trying not to stress out :-)

Glad to hear you are all doing well.

Angram, a big congratulations to you on your BFP!

baylorbear - How are you doing, I was reading your post on the spotting...I hope all is well. Have you and DH made any decisions regarding a new car and house?

stress - How's little stress doing, had any more u/s lately? My belly is not bloated on the upper side, but definitely bloated way low. My pants still fit, but uncomfortable and they're starting to cut into me when I sit down.

Soderbee - How's the stimming going, do you go in soon for ER?

beccatx - How's your little bean doing, any upcoming u/s planned?

karen - Hope you had a great and relaxing vacation! I think you were scheduled for another u/s today, how'd it go?

Indie - Not sure if you're still checking in, but wanted to say hi and hope all is well!!

Not much going on with me, just waiting (impatiently I must say) for my 1st u/s next Wednesday. All 3 beta's were pretty high (297,801,6689), so RE isn't requesting anything else until the u/s. My progesterone has also been pretty high and I'm wondering if it's because of the gel. Anyone else have high progesterone? Nurse said I wouldn't need the suppliment if I wasn't on the study, as it seems my body has totally taken over. Other than being totally exhausted during the day and totally winded by walking up the stairs, I'm going really good :)

I hope everyone is feeling great these days!

Hey everybody! Glad all is coasting along well with everyone. Angram-your progesterone level is fine...perhaps you'll be able to get off it sooner since your body is producing enough. I understand about wigging over the lab values. The stims were going ok for the first few days then my e2 was too high, dble 1100 so they cut my dose of Menopur/Bravelle in half. Now today it is 2200...and I am nauseated & bloated, however, they still wanted me to take my stim dose tonight. Go figure....getting really sick of the poking btwn myself, the blood draws, and the u/s. Not to mention I keep bursting into tears at several moments because I am trying finish up with crummy classes & finals next week for school. I always put too much on my plate and btwn going for my masters, doing ivf, and working, I am quickly running out of steam. So, I am hoping that I can trigger tomorrow night or Fri and then Sat/Sun for the ER. Keeping fingers crossed! I already have a bunch of chick-flicks, ice cream, and tissues planned. Hee-hee. Anyways! Thanks all of you for helping me out...keep up with the smooth pregnancies! :)
