Wow Steph, how increbile those piccies are - I think it is amazing how they can tell the sex - if you hadn't of pointed it, I'd would be none the wiser - I might go and study my piccies to see if I can get a clue.....getting impatient and can't wait now!!

Hope you take it easy - it was hard enough being on my feet all day with just one - so cannot imagine how tiring it must be with two.

Carolyn - glad the pma is still there - I have everything crossed for you honey and can't wait for you to join us on this thread - once jayne delivers, its going to be a little quiet on here. So 7th July is the big day, 7 is my lucky number and its in the 7th month.......all looking good

Jayne - hope you're putting you're feet up - not long to go - I'm sure you'll think of the right position to help with the labour if the spicey food isn't working!

Hi! I'm still here, just not had anything to say lately.
This is my 2nd week of mat leave and I'm feeling a little bored already - relaxed and rested, but bored.

Steph - congrats on a boy and a girl. I love the names, Emily is 2nd on my list for girls and Ryan would be on my boys list if it wasn't my cousin's name. (Not that I've really got a boy's list, finding it really difficult to find any boy's names I like that go with my surname)

Jayne - wow so close now. Are you nervous? I don't know why but I'm not yet. Strange as I normally get stressed when I'm not in control and don't know when/how things will happen but at the moment I'm happy to just wait and see.

hey mir - no need to apologise !! i'm starting to get a little impatient and want to find out, but there's no way now until the birth but gives something to look forward to! Will miss my belly though, feels like its been with me for years! (although suspect hubby would it has...ha ha ha )

nearly have everything ready for nursery, just need to paint, get the furniture delivered and order a few more bits - uummmm did i say we were nearly ready............ !!

Su, there you are - wondered what had happened to you - shame we don't live closer to each other - know what you mean though about the boredem, so have set a goal that each day I will do something - even if its a little thing that gets me out of the house even for an hour or so.

Boys names are difficult we have about 7 girls names and 2 boys names!!

Apart from being a little bored - how are you otherwise? Do you have any more scans to go or is it just wait and see what happens. I have one more to go which is next tuesday so will be interested to find out if the baby has started to engage yet - I'm so excited!!

Off to have accu to see if it rid me of my irritable legs that i am getting everynight before I go to sleep

No, no more scans for me (not had one since 21 weeks! seems ages ago) just midwife appointments every 2 weeks. Last time she said baby was head down but not engaged. Sometimes it feels like the head is really low then other times I can't feel it again so its still moving around a bit.
I'm getting restless legs too, usually in the evening, and really hot feet when I first go to bed. I'm trying really hard to stop my feet swelling in the day as that seems to make it worse at night.
I'm also trying to get out everyday even if its just for a quick swim. Its so nice to be able to to do things in the daytime when its not so busy

It sounds like you've still got a bit to do in the nursery - I have too and I'm waiting for other people to come and help with a few little diy things. Its a bit frustrating when I would normally do these things myself but I don't feel I can at the moment. You should have seen me last week putting the moses basket stand together - I had to stop for a rest half-way through
Oh well, at least the baby won't be sleeping in the nursery initially and maybe his/her arrival will spurr them into action. I'm certainly more prepared than my cousin and his wife. Their baby is due 1 week after me and they are in the middle of totally gutting and doing-up their house. They've currently got no kitchen, no floor in the nursery and several walls missing around the house Now that would stress me!

I think I've waffled on for long enough now. Good luck with the scan on Tuesday, I've very jealous.

Su, you need to move down here and then you too can get scans Wow your cousin is cutting it fine, even that would really stress me out too. Was going to start painting this afternoon but then a friend called and offered lunch - well you can guess which one won!! You think you can do most things, but then realise actually you can't so can completely understand you and your moses basket moment!! poor thing - i'll send my hubby up there to give you a helping hand!!

Baby is def sitting in the right direction but no idea if engaged or not so perhaps will get an insight next week - well the accu didn't help much - the restless legs stayed away for a while but then came back with avengence along with cramps thankfully (touching wood) haven't had too many problems with swelling - as long as I'm mobile it tends to stay away.

Do you have a midwife appt next week ?

Enjoy the weekend - although tends to all roll into one now and hope you get the diy bits done.

hi to everyone else i have missed!! elliana is doing very well...she's over 11 weeks now, cant believe how much time flies. she's smiling all the time and rolled over for the first time last week. she's also starting to laugh out loud now which is very cute!! we're both full of cold all of a sudden but apart from that, we're all very happy. missing coming on here and missing all you guys but it's amazing how busy a little one can keep you. in addition, ive got to apply for jobs at the moment so trying to work on application when elliana is asleep!!
