Hi Shell

Hope you had a good day today.

I knew if I dissed the snow it would come back with a vengeance. We have just had a huge blizzard with very strong winds and thunder and lightening. It was mental! The place went white within minutes and we have had to cancel our night out with friends - Boo :( At least we have more snow for a bit - Hoorah :D

I was scared of skiing before I went the first time and within days I was converted. It is wonderful. 8) I do admit it's not for everyone though.

Glad you got your car safely. Hope you got your sofa covers dry. You really are making a lovely nest for your baby if HE ever decides to make an appearance!

Have a good evening. Take care.

Love Dagny x

Hi Dagny,

How crazy you got thunder and lightening and also snow :? well my covers are nice and dry and back on the setee now. I done them and then Lee turned round and said you don't fancy putting my trainers in the washer do you, so they've just gone in I hope they come up ok else he will be tapping me for a new pair.

How are you today?

How is the snow your way today?

It's like an ice rink here today, so bad under foot, i've had my orders I'm not allowed out.

Hope your well.
Love

Hi Shell

I am fine today. I bought my first pair of maternity trousers yesterday, so I feel a bit more comfy and smarter when I go out. :D I am fed up with wearing joggers so I went to Mothercare World and got some trousers and some muslins and baby vests. David is starting to relent and let me get some baby things. He thought it was tempting fate before. It would be so much easier to know what we are having for buying things. It's funny how I am sure I am having a boy and yet I always go for the pink things and dresses etc.

The snow storm we had last night was really strange. It stopped as quickly as it started and then it just froze over so this morning the roads were like ice rinks. It's lovely and sunny here with blue skies but beggar cold!!! I ventured out this morning but am spending the afternoon in tne warm at home.

How are you feeling today? Sunday is creeping ever closer, so I bet you are getting nervous. We are all waiting with baited breath for your news. Every day I log on and see your name and think 'flippin' eck, she's still 'ere'!

Have a good day and like Lee say's, don't go out as it is so slippery!

Love Dagny x

Hi Dagny,

Well I am glad you managed to get some clothes that are comfortable, the thing is you will start to see a difference a lot more now. It is nice to wear maternity clothes and even when you have the bab I guess you won't just fit into normal clothes straight away, so least they will still come in handy. Lee has just gone collecting so I thought I would log on and see what news there was. I am still getting pains but nothing bad so I guess its not labour just yet. I am excited and nervous at the same time if you know what I mean. I wish I could go into labour on my own because the thought of being started just making me feel ill.

I don't blame you for staying in the warm thats exactly what I am going to do, I am going to go and lie down in a bit with the tv on and have a sleep.

Love
Shell.
