Signs of Miscarriage

I have had tiny brown discharge for 3 days and today it has become heavier. Still not loads but there everytime I use the loo.
I called my clinic and they said they will see me at my 7 week scan unless something "more sinister" happens. DH working away so feel really isolated as I sit waiting for things to go wrong.
Any words of encouragement or shall i prepare myself for the worst?

I have always heard that brown blood is ok. Brown blood is old blood and may be from implantaion? Try to relax and take it easy. Easier said than done but do your best. In the meanwhile we will all be thinking of you and praying for a sweet little hb at your 7 week scan! HUGS!!!!!

Cwrj-- brown is fine, you dont have to worry, only if its red. When is your u/s scheduled? I will be praying for you! I know that you must be so worried, but try to relax.....

I would ask to have a repeat beta level drawn and that way you know where you stand. If levels are as they should be at least you can relax until your u/s, otherwise that waiting can feel like an eternity and put added stress on you. I'm not suggesting anything is wrong, just going by my own experience, I didn't want to wait around guessing, checking the loo paper every second, not sleeping...t was torture, so I had weekly bloods drawn. Anxious times waiting for the phone call everyweek but reassuring. I also had reddish bleeding week 12-18 and went for fortnightly u/s to ease my mind. It's totally up to you. You can call the shots.
