So please your et went well, now the 2ww, which is so hard,
all i can say is try and keep yourself busy and not think
too much (easier said than done).
AS the girls say, drink plenty of water, and keep warm,
i have been seeing an acupuncturist, and she told me
eat warming foods and drink warm fluids.
keep positive.

Alison, are you also in the 2ww? i thought about an acupuncturist but did not manage to organise it, i know they are shown to help.
just had a warm soup!
by the way did you also have these hot flashes and nausea from the progesteron? i find it affects me quite a bit not to mention feeling constantly sleepy almost drugged. ah well, small price to pay

i had 4 ICI's treatments last year, and tested positive on the last
one 3/1/2004, i was 43 dec03 so realy felt desparate and time
was running out, i had to say i was completely shocked, its still
early days and i have my first scan next tue to see if the embyro
has implanted correctly, so still very nervous.
AS for the pessaries u are taking, to be honest i think they effect
everyone differently, try not to worry.

take care

I am so happy for you! It must feel like a miracle except I can imagine you cannot quite believe it's true yet. I'll keep my fingers crossed for your scan and will really hope that all is perfect. i can imagine you were feeling as if it was the last chance, the biological clock ticking turned out te be a scary thing, i never thought of it some years ago (i'm 38)...
