Dakota - I too get the pinches and streches that keep me up at night. I was told not to worry it's just everything re-adjusting. Unless you are doubled over in pain I wouldn't worry too much! Is tomorrow your first ultrasound?

I did the KY in a box for the hubby. Ohhhh he was very appreciative! I was told by my RE that once I hit 12 weeks then we are good to go. She also said it wasn't the act that they wanted to prevent it was the "big O" Too much contracting can cause some issues. I know TMI! :D

HopefulIL- No, this is my 2nd u/s. I guess I get one every week until 9-10 weeks, I dont know which week yet. Oh, how great to give your hubby they KY. I think if I did that DH would lock himself in the bathroom and I'd never see him. :P
Oh, the big O. Let me tell you, I've been having LOTS of dreams and the big O wakes me up and man o man is it followed by some nasty cramps.

OMG, you all are cracking me up with the panty paste. DH is slightly grossed out by the “leakage” issue, but he hasn’t had sex in so long that he could care less :) DH would look at me like I was crazy if I gave him a box of KY, or he'd ask when I was planning to use it :) So I pretty much take care of the situation myself and don’t leave him alone to do it, some days at least :) My RE gave us the go after our 2nd beta, but I’m just not comfortable doing the deed until after my first u/s, at least not comfortable having the big O. They said that if I start cramping or spotting that we need to stop, and it’s just not worth the risk to me. DH is counting the seconds until our u/s tomorrow...he really wants to see the heartbeat and he really wants sex!

Kimmysq – I’m not sure which progesterone is better, but my clinic usually does the PIO shots. I’m on a progesterone ring study but received the Crinone gel during the randomization, so that’s why I’m not on PIO shots. I have not had an issue at all with the Crinone and my progesterone #’s are incredibly high, but my nurse said my body has taken over and is producing the progesterone on it’s own, as well as I’m getting the Crinone supplement. Sorry I’m not much help, I can only tell you I’ve had a good experience with the Crinone. I think most RE’s use the PIO shots though, if that helps.

Dakota – I fell asleep at 8:30 last night, unbelievable! I toss and turn most of the night though, not really sure why I’m unable to sleep. I cannot seem to eat anything at dinner time without feeling like total crap, so I had a few bites last night, felt like sh*t, and went to sleep. I’ve had a couple of instances of pulling feeling, but it’s nothing consistent. Keep the PMA and sing to those babies, they can hear you :)

I finally go in tomorrow for my first u/s and I swear it's felt like no less than a month since my last beta! I think that's partially why I'm not sleeping these past couple of days and not expecting to sleep tonight either. Just hoping my little one(s) is doing ok and we get to hear/see the heartbeat.

hello Girls, I just wanted to say that it is lovely to read all the excitement going on between you and i can totally relate to panty paste as I used the pessary things.
It is great to hear you complaining of sickness and tiredness because you are so pregnant! It does wear off at about 12 weeks and suddenly you are a new woman again.

Not much going on with me, just waiting for my appointment this Monday with clinic and then confirm if I am good to go on my next AF.

Anyway good luck to you all, i shall be popping in now and again for progress reports.

Louise

p.s DH and I are squeezing in a whole load of sex prior to our next round - Gotta try and keep him sweet. haha :D

You ladies are too too funny. I had a long day at work yesterday (gone from 6:45a til 9:15p), so I totally missed out on the board...I'm sticking with my shots after all that was posted here about the other progesterone options! Yikes!

Angram - That is so exciting that you're going in for your U/S tomorrow...it feels like that came up quickly! Awesome! You must be so excited. How far along are you? Are you anticipating seeing a heartbeat?

Dakota - so you've got your second U/S tomorrow...and you'll be going weekly? Sounds great! When do you switch to your OB? I just moved to Wisconsin last year and only had one annual exam with a OB/GYN here last winter...It's wierd going in to this with no idea about my OB. I'll probably go back to her (she referred me to the RE and was very nice/friendly/etc.), but it's a little wierd. Anyway - anxious to hear your report!

Prawnster - Great to hear from you! Glad to hear you're headed back in for your next appointment. Is there anything you will be changing for your next cycle? Fingers crossed for you! Are you going to join the Aug/Sept board? There are lots of ladies from this board that moved over there...I'll be checking in on all of you!

JDC - Thanks so much for checking back! It's pretty cool to see that list of all the ladies on the board...with a lot of BFPs...but especially with a ton of support among us. What's the latest with you? Are you cycling again? Thinking of you and wishing you all the best!! HUGS!

Hope you are all having a wonderful day! I am "working from home" which means I slept late, watched some TV, got caught up on my work email, made a couple of work phone calls, took a nap, etc. I feel like I just want to sleep. No M/S at this point, but I definitely feel nauseated at times, and just kind of a funky, gross feeling in my gut. Lots of gas, too...you ladies have the same?

Good luck to everyone who is having their ultrasounds tomorrow! I will be excited to see how everything goes for everyone!

My ultrasound is at 8:30 and I'm nervous as hell. Even though we've seen the heartbeat already the anticipation is killing me again! :( This entire process puts everything into perspective for us. Come on little heartbeat! :D

Morning ladies - well we finally had our u/s and heard the heartbeat :):):) We did see 2 sacs, but baby B is no longer growing, so we have one healthy baby A. I did not see my usual RE and the RE I did see was just freaking me out a bit. She was trying to prepare us that we probably wouldn't see a heartbeat, since we're only 6 weeks 3 days, but we did see a flutter and it measured at 117 :) I go back at 8 weeks, so yet another wait to endure, I swear I'm just a constant freak and worried about every single thing! She said everything looks good so far, so DH and I are on cloud 9. I'll be online later for personals, but hope everyone is doing well.

Dakota and Hopeful - Good luck at your u/s today, let us know how it goes!!

Today was the most incredible day! 4 weeks ago when I had my ultrasound the baby looked like a grain of rice. At 10 1/2 weeks we were able to see the little arms and legs moving! IT WAS AWESOME!!!! I couldn't stop crying! The heartbeat is a strong 171 bpm. ( I tried attaching a picture but I'm not sure if I did it right! ) I won't know my levels until tomorrow afternoon but I'm ok with that. I got to see the heart beating and my little bean moving around!

I hope everyone else had awesome ultrasounds today! Can't wait to hear from every one! [/img]
