Hey there,

Don't seem to be getting on the computer much! God, I can't believe you were up at 3 - there's devotion for you. Mind you, I suppose if you're not sleeping that great it doesn't make much difference.

The dr's went fine - he said the folic acid levels were ok, just a wee bit out, but my red blood count is out a little but not anough to say I'm anaemic - that makes sense and ties is with why I look so pasty and am tireder - he's not too worried, but is making me feel good I think by taking more blood just to keep an eye on me - I'm liking that he's being cautious - I think it was just an excuse to see me really :D Anyway, the good news is he think's Sam turned (which explains my severe lack of sleep last night and the little tike being quite active for him!), mind you, the 'lumps' are back in the smae old place tonight.... :( It's good I see him again in 2 weeks, so they can keep an eye out.

How weird is this? The last 2/3 days I've been feeling quite nauseous at times - for the first time during the whole of my pregnancy!!!! I went into the bathroom today and tols Steve he was going to have to stop using the shower gel he is!!!!! :? I was laughing telling the doctor and saying I suppose I'm lucky I'm only like this now. :D

We went to look for a baby bag today, but couldn't see one I liked enough :( I just want a plainish black one - but one that looks reasonably strong. Looked in Mothercare, Babies 'r' Us and John Lewis to no avail. It'll be one of these situations where I know what I want, but can't find it...

And what about you? Just imagine, in 3 days time all your dreams are gonna come true!! :D :D Don't get too nervous (ha, she says, knowing she'll be the same!) or you'll make yourself sick... At least the snow'll be gone by then and that 10 minute journey will be a safe ride!!!! I remember my aunt going into hospital at about 2am and she was so calm (as you'll be) but my uncle was a nightmare. We were all gripping to the handles for dear life as he was driving wondering if we were all going to end up in beds!! hee-hee. Have you got your bags sitting at the door??!!

I'm rambling again so I'm going to go. Hope you got a nap today...

Hello Zoe,

Lovely to hear from you, how bizarre we just keep missing each other on msn but never mind least I get to post to you on here.

I am glad things went ok with your doctors, and least they are keeping an eye on you which is a brill thing. It will also be lovely to see your little one again in a couple of weeks, it will be here before you know it.

I can't believe you didn't manage to get a bag, I got mine from Mothercare a nice plain black one and I like mine. I just hope it will be big enough but theres enough room to get some stuff in, it should be big enough for £25.

I had to go to the midwife today for a checkup and she said babys head is now engaged. She said my measurements have changed, my belly was 47 but it is now 45 which indicates that baby as dropped quite a bit. She is at the hospital on Sunday and said if she as chance she will try and pop in and see me.

Oh no Zoe the thought of Sunday its making me panic, I wish I was in labour on my own and that they hadn't got to do it but I suppose this is the way my baby is going to have to come out.

Hope your having a nice day?
What you up to the weekend?

Love
Shell.

P.S we're on 4 pages now and keep thinking there's no point in starting a new thread as you're that close, you can only have 1 or 2 posts left. Maybe I should have and then you'd have gone earlier!!!LOL

HI Zoe,

How are you today?

My curry was lovely, I had chicken curry with fried rice a portion of mushrooms and some prawn crackers and it was lovely. Thinking its only 10am and I could eat it all again.

Well not long now for my big day tomorrow, I guess I won't be sleeping much tonight, but this time next week I will have my baby here, so I am excited.

What you up to today?

Love
Shell.

Tomorrow, tommorrow, I love ya, tommorrow. It's only a day away...... :D :D

Good morning Shell. I've been up for ages, but never logged on as usually on a Saturday no-one's about until later - typical. !!!!

I thought you were having Chinese?????Ah well, curry sounds good - haven't had one for ages - now that's sent me thinkng. LOL

Hope you meant that this time next week you're baby will be home - this time TOMORROW, you're baba might be here  (Oh, remember my friend who had the two short labours??? She was induced both times...just though I'd cheer you up...)

Today? I've just looking out the window and it's very, very wet and miserable - think I'll go on the hunt for a baby bag today AGAIN. What about you?????? Take it easy whatever....Is Lee excited too????

Hey there mum-to-be very shortly,
You've been very quiet today so here's hoping that's a good sign.
Just to let you know I'm thinking of you, and will be tomorrow especially.
All the very, very best Shell and Lee.
Go girl!

Hi Shell

Just popped over to the "other side" to wish you luck for tomorro

When I first found this site I did not have a PC at home and could not log on at work so just had to browse.
I was starting my first tmt at the time and picked up a lot of tips, although was frustrating just before I got OHSS because so deparately wanted advise as to whether to ignore consultants advise and go ahead with ET, but could not do any posts!!!!! I finally managed to post in time for starting my FET which unfortuantly was -ve.
Anyway, althogh I have not spoken to you much I always remember you as you were the first person I read about who got a +ve....it was more exciting than Eastenders, (I think you were the first person to reply to me when I finally did get on line too-thank you) I did not get much work done cos had to keep looking at site to see what was happening, one minute you were testing -ve, then +ve!!! It wore me out trying to keep up....
Anyway, you have been such a great support to everyone on this site and I am so excited for you........

Just raising my glass (sorry pg girls who cant drink!!) for you and Lee and wishing you a speedy, pain free delivery

Hi Sarah

I just want to say, what a lovely post you have just sent to Shell. It was so beautifully worded. You were the first person to reply to my first posting and it's funny how you remember things like that. I really am keeping my fingers, eyes and toes crossed for you with your next FET. You really do deserve it after everything and especially your waiting for those sodding builders to finish.

Take good care Sarah.

Love and hugs Dagny xx
