Cheeksus- WOW, 130bpm!! Thats great!! Wonderful that you get to graduate to an OB so early. Sorry to hear that you are ill, but its a good thing. When is your first OB apt?

Hi girls. I'm new to this board. I'm going through my first IVF round, and to be honest I'm pretty sure I'm not preggers. My beta test is this Friday (7/18), but I think that will just be to rub it all in. I opted for 3 emmy's transfered on day 3, since I wasn't a stellar performer, only producing 8 eggs, which all were fertilized, but only 7 made it with 5 being of great quality. Hindsight, maybe i should have waited and done 2 emmys on day 5, but I had contradicting advice from two of the doctors at the practice. I love reading everyone's entry's, they keep me positive. This is such a struggle. The prog shots are killing me, I have lumps everywhere. So, running out of space, and trust me, the tooshy ain't little.
Has anyone heard if heating the prog shot (I heat mine with a wet rag, warmed in the microwave for a few seconds) can make it less effective? I swear its not working on me. I had sore, swollen "girls" for like a week after the transfer, then as of last Friday, it all went away, another indication, I'm not preggers! I can tell AF wants to come SOOOO Bad. I'm am so bloating and in pain.

Good luck to all. Is anyone else having their Beta test this week?

hi girls!
i had my 1st beta hcg bloodwork this morning and I am over the moon..........BFP!!! going back again on Monday for next test.
I'm sooooo v excited. To anyone who is in the 2WW: please DO BELIEVE in the posts that say "I really did not feel anything in my 2WW" or " I felt like AF would start anytime" because that's exactly what I felt.

my 2WW symptoms: sore bbs( on and off), mild cramps/twinges, all of which subsided by 11dp3dt.
in retrospect the only symptom i've felt is heartburn which i never get inspite of all the junk and spicy foods i eat

So hang in there................

I am not yet in 2ww but started to feel nervous already. I just started my medication and retrival will be around 25th. I am glad that most of you guys got BFP. Good luck with you all.

i was a basket case in my 2ww and before that,) but try to keep as calm as you can

hello to all...I had my FET yesterday. I am a little nervous because we were hoping to transfer 2 blastocyst, but it didn't work that way. Our 3d embies made it to morula stage on day 5. we transfered 3 morulas. I do not know if that is good or not. I will keep in touch with all of you.

Well my beta test came back on friday as a positive, but a VERY LOW positive. I don't even know why they consider it a positive. It was a 14, but they like to see numbers over 50. They said anything over 3 is considered pregnant. Joke, joke. Just to make you more depressed apparently, that it didn't work. They sent me back this morning for a second test, which I know the answer already. I had bright red spotting on friday, which hello, couldn't be anymore obvious. They put me on two estrogen patches, which stopped the bleeding, but AF is dying to come out, I can tell. I'm so freaking moody and have the worst indigestion everytime i eat (which i heard is a side effect of the prog shots). I took 3 HPT's over the weekend, ALL WERE NEGATIVE. I hope the rest of you are doing awesome. Hang in there with your TTW, its such a worrysome time. And honestly, I don't know of anything that will get your mind off of it, pampering youself or not! But stay as positive as you can, AF symtoms or not.
I guess I will go back and see what they want to do with my four remaining frozen emmys.

My heart is with you. Just had my first beta with a BFN - AF began today and I'm at the clinic to meet about getting back on the damn roller coaster. If you asked me last week I'd have told you I'd never be able to stand it.

For you - I'm standing in hope that even with all these signs there's hope ahead.

Thanks MommaKK....looks like we are in the same boat. Do you have any frozen emmy's? I am clueless to the process for doing a frozen transfer, this was my first ivf (fresh) attempt.
