Anyone from the Los Angeles area?

Post by keren7 »

Hi,
I am currently looking for a place that specialize in IVF and I need some help.
Does anyone know of a good place in the Los Angeles area to go to?

I already went to one consultation and I didn't like the doctor that I went to. I felt uncomfortable.

I'd appreciate any feedback.
Keren.

Hi,

If you wanted a personal recommendation, you could try posting the question on the relevant infertility board on www.babycentre.com . They have over 100 boards (although many of them are pregnancy and post-birth related). They do have quite a few on preconception and various pre-issues. I post three on boards (a birth group, Over 35s plus an International group) and there are often requests for feedback on an item, drug, company etc.

Hope this helps
Debra.

I know 2 people who've got PG from Dr Mars's office (not with Dr Mars himself); that is an excellent practice. Also, Huntington Reproductive and Scher Institute are supposed to be good (I know of 2 PGs from Huntington). I have loads of friends and family in the area, though I live in England. I'd go to Mars's practice.
