Mostly caffiene, cut it out. Start eating healthy, whole grains, fruits & veggies. I've heard a lower, but good carb diet helps your hormones. Exercise, and one of the things that Dr's always say that if you over weight you should try to loose at least 10% of your body weight.
Of course no drinking and if you smoke you should stop.
Hi I read that pineapple is good, especially the hard section, Brumilin, likewise pawpaw, it promotes progesterone levels, which makes implantation successful.
Also make sure you take your vitamins, however get a prescription from your Physician.
