Kimmy - I am doing a non-med cycle its a 3 day transfer(not that I understand it much), which day transfer is yours and what is the difference? Hopefully it will be on the 30th, what are you on? Is July 30th for sure?
Yellow - am thinking and praying for you. Your weekend must have been torture.
Laura - Hope you keeping well and enjoying the summer.

Still very low, but it increased a lot. I'm testing again later this week. It's so hard not to get my hopes up. The increases look so good it's easy to forget that the number should be closer to 1200 by now. Keep your fingers crossed for me.
Joyanna, I'll be thinking about you on Wednesday. Good luck with everything. Sorry you feel so bloated. That part sucks!
Laura, I am hoping the low levels are mostly because it's a FET. The new house is keeping me occupied. The days go by pretty quickly considering how anxious I am about all this!
Kimmy, my clinc freezes day 1 embryos. I haven't found anyone else on these boards whose clinic does it that way. The embryos are 1 cell at that point. The thawed our embryos on Tuesday for a Thursday transfer. So there sort of like day 3 embryos -- 1 day before they were frozen and 2 after they were thawed.
Anyone know how long you stay on estrogen? Whole 1st trimester like the PIO?

Hi I'm new here and looking for some support. I too am trying for #2 and in the middle of the 2ww and going nuts! We had IVF in 2002 and on the first attempt got pregnant and have a beautiful boy. We then tried a frozen cycle a few years later and I had a chemical pregnancy. Now we are trying a fresh IVF cycle again and I feel more anxious this time than ever before! I think knowing that this is probably our last shot is why I feel this way.
Egg retireval was on July 10 (13 eggs, 7 fertilized), tranfer was on July 15 (2 good embryos, 1 ok). Beta test is scheduled for July 28.
I'd like to know if anyone who got pregnant again experienced different symptoms. With my first pregnancy I don't remember feeling anything. This time, I have been having light cramping since the transfer, bbs are not really soar, but full/heavy feeling. And that's it. The cramping keeps putting doubt in my mind becuase I never felt this before. I also feel like this time around everything was more painful - maybe because I'm older or could my previous c-section have something to do with it?
Would love to hear others' experiences! Thanks in advance for your support!!!!
Welcome, rizysk! I like our "#2 girls" thread a lot. I need post an updated list of everyone's stages in treatments -- maybe I'll get to that tonight.
I'm in beta limbo with a frozen transfer -- I had a positive beta, but the values are still really low. I'm feeling things differently, too. I think I'm more sensitive to the hormones. I'm feeling nauseous already, but I was feeling nauseous before my last BFN. I think it's the progesterone. I do feel tired, though, and I remember being exhausted with my DD. My bbs are sore, but not constantly. I think it was constant with my DD. It's so hard not to interpret every little feeling as some sort of sign. We just moved so I have plenty to keep my mind occupied right now. Still, this waiting is really hard.
Keep us posted on how you're doing. Good luck to you!

Hi Yellow:
I keep wondering if maybe two implanted and one vanished. I have read this a few times on the board with a low beta start...the good news is that your beta is increasing!
rizysk: The symptoms are different with everyone, and from talking with girlfriends, even different with each pg. I am sending you lots of babydust that you get pg!!
Can you tell me what your progesterone protocol is. I am obsessed that on my last FET my progesterone wasn't high enough.
Update on me....tomorrow I have my u/s to check my lining. If all looks good, Friday will be my last day for Lupron. My FET transfer date is still July 30th, with frozen 3 day embies. I have 8 frozen, so I am hoping at least 3 or 4 will survive the thaw.
Yellow: Thanks for your response. I'm wishing you luck and hope that all works for you! Just keep your feet up and get some rest. As long as the numbers rise you're doing well. Keep us posted.
Kimmysq: Thanks for your well wishes! I started with the progesterone shots once a day - 1/2ml then increased to 1 ml until the transfer. Now I am taking 300mg twice a day of progestersone sapositories (my spelling sucks ). I have not been monitored on the progesterone, so I don't know if it's enough or not. I am getting some "leaking" from the sapositories, but I am also getting the sensation of "peeing my pants" at times too. Does anyone have that happen? It's totally not pee, but somehting is going on, and I don't know if it's the progesterone or not.
I just hate this cramping. luckily it's not bad, but it's not making me feel positive..... 5 more days until beta.....I'm going to jump out of my skin!!!!!
Hi ladies - I'd like to join your thread! I actually posted here many, many months ago but then had a natural pregnancy, followed by a very sad m/c at 8 weeks. So....I'm back and just started day 1 of lupron for my 4th ivf cycle. I feel like a bit of a 'veteran' doing so many ivf's and I guess that means I should be less worried, but I think I'm still a little bit stressed.
It will probably take me a few days to get caught up with everyone, so hope that's okay.
Hello to everyone and expecially to the new number 2 girls - welcome.
Yellow - sending you the very best wishes and lots of positive thoughts. New house, new baby ...please god.
Kimmwsq and steph2 - all the very best for your fet on wednesday. Lots of babydust.
Kimmysq - i saw your other posts and here's my experience:
- Estrogen, I am on 3 tablets x 2mg daily and have been for all my ivf cycles (fresh and frozen). I was on estrogen patches for one of my fet cycles cos my lining was not thickening as they would have liked.
- Acupuncture, I am doing acupuncture before and after the transfer today. When I got pregnant with my dd, I did acupuncture after the transfer and then 7 days later.
Rizysk - all the best for your beta today. You are in my prayers.
Suzhan - hope the lupron is going ok and all the very best for your cycle.
As for me. I have my embryo transfer today ay 3:30 and am very happy to have gotten this far. I had the er last wednesday (12 eggs, 6 fertilised). We have 2 blasts for transfer and unsure about whether there will be any for freezing. I was very sore for 3 days after the er but am ok now.
Laura - hi to you and hope you and family good.
Sorry if I have forgotten anyone from the recent chats, I am here packing to send my dd off to her grandma for a few days to give this our best shot.
So bye for now I am about to get on the 2ww rollercoaster of mad emotions and looking at the hpt wondering will I poas or not!!!!!!!
Joyanna - good luck to you today!!!! It's very exciting to finally be at that point for the transfer. We'll all be thinking about you and sending you good thought and prayers.
My beta is at 8 am today and I'm surprisingly calm. I can't believe the day is finally here! Cramping has stopped for the most part - some twinges and pulls, but nothing major. I'm feeling positive and ready for whatever the results are.
rlzysk: Good luck on your beta today. Have you POAS??? Can you remind me how many you transferred, and what day???
Hope you get a great beta!!!
Joyanna: Good luck with your transfer today. Your blasts sound awesome!
Suzhan:Welcome! I am so sorry to hear about your m/c.
(((((((((((((hugs)))))))))))))) Hope this is the cycle for you!
Yellow: What is happening with you?? Have you done another beta? Is everything okay???
As far as me, I still have my FET on Wednesday. I have 8 frosties, and they are going to hopefully, transfer 4. they are 3 day embies. I am over 40. I am so nervous this time, with the pressure of this being our last frozen embies. The RE changed my protocl a bit, and I am trying massages and AP.
