Tummy changes at 4-5 weeks?

I am currently only 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant but I noticed that when I touch the lower part of my abdomen I can feel a firmer bubble like spot that I don't think was there before.. I'm not the muscular super fit type so my tummy was always a bit soft

O and I can't really feel it when I'm sitting down, but when I lie flat on my back I can really feel it there....

Is it just in my head? or has anyone else here noticed anything similar?

Hey Amy! It looks like you and I are on the exact same schedule! I got my great beta of 354 on 7/18 and I go in for my first u/s on 7/28! I haven't noticed any changes in my belly, but for the past 2 days I've been having awful stomach issues (gas, other icky things). And there is a cold going around my office and I started to get a sore throat today. Hope you're having a better go at this than I am so far!

yep, I felt huge from day one. I swear I had people asking me if I was preggers like 1 1/2 mos after ET! I just started showing real quick but was also swollen from stimms.

i think i'm on the same schedule too like amy and rhall. i too got my bfp on 7/18, beta of 390, 2nd beta 7/21- 1469!! so it makes me 5 weeks n some.
1st u/s is on 8/5- man! i can't hardly wait.
i've been pretty symptomless, did have a little pooch though, kind of like i get on the 1st day of AF. sore boobs-but that is totally due to the progesterone so it doesn't count.

is anyone else really nervous for the 1st u/s, i am, especially because i have no other signs of being pregnant- like nausea,headaches etc etc...

My tummy started feeling hard almost immediately. I too was on the soft, if not a little flabby side before, but my stomach just got rock hard very quickly. Granted, I am carrying twins, so that may have something to do with it, but I definitely noticed the change. In the past couple of weeks, my upper abdomen has also gotten hard and I am noticeably pregnant even though I am just approaching 14 weeks. This is my first pregnancy, but my body has seemed to welcome it with open arms, so I am very happy about that...

I was getting a bit nervous too because I'm not really nauseous either..the only thing is that I pee a lot and I get really hungry sometimes which my mom says is a good sign, but sometimes I think it's just in my head.

I am definitely peeing more than I usually do which is kinda a bummer since my commute is an hour and I don't know what I'm going to do later! I think I experienced my first bout of morning sickness this afternoon. Even my husband commented that I didn't look right. And it's just the beginning! Amy, good luck with your scan tomorrow! Gald that you and MayBeBaby and I are on the same schedule! This will be fun!!
