I had my transfer on the 26th and my doc told me at least 48 hours. From then take it easy and not llifting anything over 10 pounds. I don;t know about you but, I am tired of laying in bed!!!!

I had my transfer on a Friday and did couch rest Friday and all weekend, it was easy because of the weekend, then went back to normal routine (except exercise) on Monday.

My doctor told me to relax the first day and not to pick up anything heavy. After that I could resume normal activities.

My RE told me to stay in bed the rest of theday of transfer and the whole next day.....then to continue as normal with no strenuous exercise and no lifting over 10 lbs.
FET April 18th
1st heartbeat 6w3d 115bpm, 9w2d hb 171bpm
