When to do Acupuncture?

Hi Ladies:
I didn't start Acupuncture early in my cycle. However, I booked it the week of my FET transfer. They reccomended the day before, the day of and the day after.
Please give me your advice, does this sound okay??
I thought I was supposed to lay in bed the day of the transfer, do you think it is normal to have AP this day.
Sorry for all the questions, but this is all new to me.

Kimmy- My AP recommended right before ET and right after ET then 3 days after that. So I had AP twice the day of my transfer. So what yours suggests seems very similar. I have heard lots of ladies go right after transfer. I did for my first cycle unfortunatly it was a bfn. I have read that is it beneficial before and after but one study I read shows no significant advantage to 2-3 days after.

Hmm. I guess my post got eaten. I was just saying that I'll be having AP this time RIGHT before my TXFR. Valium, AP, Massage, TXFR. I think in my case, it's more about relaxation than anything.
