Does Endometriosis Cause Spotting During Pregnancy?

I am a few days over 5 weeks now and still spotting.....I had an U/S and blood work done on monday and everything came back normal, and my doc wants to see me in a week for another U/S and blood work.

What worries me constantly is that the spotting isn't like a period, but it's a more darker pink close to red sometimes. At times it's just light brown and really watery pale pink, but the darker pink worries me.

I have pretty bad endometriosis and I'm wondering if that contributes to spotting during pregnancy. Does anyone here have endo and have had a similar experience? Any input will be appreciated.

I also have endometriosis, and I did spot for a day or two (even pinkish/reddish) very lightly in the very beginning. I don't think it had to do with the endo, though. If you have any cysts right now, then I suppose it COULD have something to do with endo, but generally speaking, light spotting is normal in early pregnancy. Some women have even moderate to heavier bleeding well into their pregnancies (a good friend and also my sister-in-law experienced that). Especially if everything looked good on the ultrasound, I would not worry. I know easier said than done, but it sounds to me like a healthy pregnancy. Try to relax, and enjoy the next 8 months! Thanks Shari for the encouraging info~ I thought I would feel a lot better if I got checked so I called my doc this morning and he told me to come in for U/S and bloodwork... the U/S was a bit blurry but he did see the sac and now I'm waiting for him to call me with my blood results. He said that he will probably have me come in more often than once/wk for a while.
