TMI Question

Last week I lost one of my twins. I've had some bleeding (red) on and off, some days worse than others. I've been red free for 3 days, except for today I had some just once when I went to the bathroom.

My TMI question is I have monster looking stuff coming out, no blood with it, but its almost black its so dark brown. They are the size of pennies and its sticky, clumpy, just nasty. Anyone have any idea what this stuff is?? Its been going on all day. RE told me that if my body passes the fetus that died there will be lots of blood with lots of clotting, so I dont think that is what is going on here.

Dakota, first let me say I am so sorry about your twin, I went throught the EXACT same loss, and it is very sad and scary and you worry about the other baby so much, stay positive and healthy and everything will be fine, I went full term with my remaining twin and have a beautiful healthy 3 mo old daughter. I was released from my RE at 7 weeks and saw my OB during the 8th week when we found out about the loss he continued to do U/S every week for the following month to see if I would pass my other fetus or if my body would absorb it. I never did pass it my body just absorbed it I don't know if you are being monitored but I would suggest it for piece of mind if you are passing stuff. Take care I will be thinking of you.
