Pregnant after IVF and due tomorrow but no signs yet????

Hi, I had a successful round of IVF and I am due tomorrow 31st July. I have had a couple of mild contractions yesterday but they have stopped now and there is no sign that the baby will come anytime soon. With me having an IVF pregnancy does anyone know how long they will let me go over my due date. No one at hospital or my midwife has mentioned anything to me.???

I have simply no idea, however I don't think that how we got pregnant should make any difference as to how we deliver or when-
trust yourself and your docs- and give them a call if you are concerned.

ARG first of all good luck the IVF I don't think has anything to do with how long they will let you go over but my doctor told me no longer than 2 weeks or until I couldn't take it any longer after my due date but my perfect little bean decided to show up right on her due date so stay on your toes!

Hi,
I went into labour naturally 6days late with 1st baby and 10 days late with 2nd. Having IVF makes no difference to how long overdue you go. You've still got to be 2 weeks overdue before they induce you.
Where abouts in Lancs are you from? I'm in Preston
