Hi all,

Congrats 4fanops thats a great number, I'm really happy for you, I hope you really enjoy your pregnancy.

Lisa hope your well today and that line is getting darker :)

Marynaz is your ET today, did you find out how many embryos you got yet. Good luck with that :)

Hope everyone else is well today and babyloves well done for still holding out on the POAS.

Well I did a HPT this morning and it remains negative and I started spotting last night so It hasn't worked, I am feeling in total despair today and have spent most of the morning crying, sorry I dont want to bring anyone down, its just really hard today, I know it is two days early but these HPT are very accurate and I know in myself that it has not worked again. I really did think it was going to work this time, I have never been so positive but I guess it just wasn't meant to be.
My husband is very supportive and I think is putting on a brave face for me and reassuring me we have 2 frosties but at the moment I'm just cant face it. On one had I want to use them straight away because if they dont work I can just relax and move on with my life and on the other I can't face the disappointment so soon. I am just going to have a bad day.

I'm sorry if this makes you feel bad Priya you have been so brave and kind in supporting us all.

Take care all and keep posting, I still want to know how your all getting on.

Hey Kerry:

Pls don't worry too much about it and give hope till the beta is done. I know its easier said than done and is such a cliche (sp*) thing to say.....
Hope you are feeling better now. Crying does help a lot - gets it all out of the system. I am glad you did that. You are so lucky your DH is so supportive.

Spotting during this time is not always a bad thing. I had talked to my Doc abut this - he said that sometimes due to the progesterone that we are taking can cause this . Other than that implantation also.
I know one girl who is going through IVF - she had her beta with me yesterday. She had started spotting a little 2-3 days before the beta and it came +ve for her and the beta number is quite high so she might be having twins. Infact she was spotting during the day of beta as well.

Please don't be dishearten - this could be a good sign. This day is almost over. Just one more day to go. And its not over till the fat lady sings.

I am not strong at all - I think I am still in shock - becoming pregnant , dealing with all of these things is such an emotional roller coaster . I was postponing all of crying for my beta day but I think by yesterday all the tears had dried up ;) - I even drank so I will cry a little but ended up enjoying myself and taking a "drunk" nap which really helped - pls don't try this at home - EVERYONE !!!!

Loads of hugs
Priya

Hi all,

thanks Priya for your words of comfort, I feel alittle better this afternoon, my friend got her sister to look after her kids and she came to sit with me all afternoon and brought cream cakes.

Hey Lisa try not to worry, I know that is easier said than done, but it is very common to bleed in early pregnancy, it could be your implantation bleeding and some people even get a small period every month, it doesn't always mean bad news, please dont worry, I'm a gynaecology nurse and see this all the time and people continue with healthy pregnancy, I know this doesnt help you right now but try and relax as there really is nothing you can do but wait it out.
thinking of you and take care.

Hope everyone else is well.

Hi Girls ~

I couldn't help but jump in to your thread! In my 2ww, I spotted also. I think I had implantation bleeding and I was also doing the prog suppos and they made me spot also. (I ended up switching to PIO shots b/c of the bleeding/spotting) Don't give up!!! Wait for those beta #'s!

Take care and good luck!!

Congarts Jen :)
Kerry - am so glad you are feeling better. Your friend is very sweet.
Lisa - not to worry - your line will be dark tomorrow as well :) - Did you get a call back from your doc/nurse? what did they say?
My Nurse had told me that spotting is fine - the only thing is that you should not see clots in there - if you do see clots and the they are RED then you might have started with the periods.
Since both of you don't have those symptoms I think you guys are OK.
When is your beta Lisa? I know Kerry's is on Friday.

Talk to everyone tomorrow

Kez,
Sorry to hear about BFN. Remember there is always next time. I am sure our turn will come one day. Sometimes I think why it has been so difficult for me to get pregnanat when my other friends get pregnant as soon as they decide to have kids but we never know maybe this way we will be better parents :) take care of yourself

Dear all,
I will have my ET tomorrow and feel a little nervous now. I was wondering if you follow any diet or anyone knows what should I eat. They told me I shouldn't wear any perfume or body lotion at the day of transfer. My RE office is 1.5 hour away from my home so we are planning to spend the night at the hotel nearby the RE office so I don't have to sit in the car and it may help. Please pray for me. baby dust to all of you ladies.

Hi all,

Congrats Jen on your pregnancy and thanks for the advise.

Lisa I'm glad your feeling a bit better this morning and that line is getting darker, I'm sure your going to be just fine. Interesting about the pineapple I hadn't heard of that before only that fresh young pineapple can help when you are overdue. Maybe I will try that next time.

Marynaz, sorry I missed your yesterday, thats great number of fertilized embryos, howmany are you having put back and are you freezing some. Hope today goes well and you take it easy, I hope the 2ww goes quickly for you. :)

Priya I hope your still recovering well its not easy is it, my thoughts are with you too :)

4fanops are you starting to get any pregnancy symptoms yet, hope your keeping well.

Good luck tomorrow babyloves with your beta, thinking of you. :)

Well my spotting is very very minimal and I wish my Af would just come so I can get it over with, I know I have to do a HPT again tomorrow to confirm the BFN but I just want it over with. Still can't decide whether to wait a while to use my frosties, feeling very low at the moment and appreciative of my DH, friends and family and also you guys. :) :)

take care talk to you later

4fanops, just read one of your other posts re your HCG, 330 is a very good number for this early in pregnancy. What your doctor will be looking for is that it atleast increases by 60% but preferrably doubles every 48 hours. It can also more than double and this is good too. I am sure you will be absolutely fine. Keep us posted.

I am used to dealing with HCG results with my job, if you have any questions I am happy to help if I can. Take it easy and good luck.
