michael55 - with my first IVF in 2002 I felt absolutely no symptoms and in fact I felt great during the entire pregnancy. I then had a chemical pregnancy in 2005 and felt nothing until I stopped the progesterone. However this time around, I have had cramping since the ET and all kinds of twinges and pulls, and heavy feeling breasts, and I got a positivie on the 28th. So each pregnancy is different and the drugs they give us may also make us feel things simialr to symptoms. Try not to read into it too much. Good luck!!!!

During my 1st IVF I had sore breasts..cramps..sleepiness...nausea and it ended in a chemical...

My 2nd one right now I didn't have any sore breasts...or any of the symptoms I had before..only a little spotting. So I was worried that it would be a BFN but it turned out to be a nice BFP!

Like rzysk said, all pregnancies are different so just cuz there are no symptoms it doesn't mean anything negative.~
IVF1: BFP 02/08 - Chemical 4 wks.
IVF2: BFP 06/08 - Miscarriage 6 wks.
IVF3: BFP 11/09 - Chemical
IVF4: dec/jan Dear Lord..please let this be the one.

I had very few consistent symptoms until I was 7-8 weeks along....symptoms can come and go a lot early, but some of the ones most people get are the full, sore bbs and extreme tiredness.

Some women experience symptoms and some do not at all. It's important to remember you are taking hormones that will make your body experience bloating, breast tenderness, and cramping which will make you swear you are getting your period! I know you want to read into every little sign, especially good ones. Unfortunately, until test day, you will just be guessing and second guessing.
I am an infertility nurse and I work in a major IVF facility. I am willing to answer questions and give guidance, however, since I am not treating you, only your physician can give you the most accurate information.
