Hey Everyone:
Kerry - if the spotting has gone down - its a good sign - your beta is almost here - don't give up hope yet girl - hang in there - I am praying for your BFP :)

Marynaz: how did the ET go? how many did you put back?

Lisa : Yeah : - its getting darker so good sign. Is your beta also tomorrow? If yes - all the best - I will keep you in my prayers as well.

AS for me I today is my last day of AF - so am happy - no more tummy pain. I have been shopping since the day of my beta :) - 2 whole days of it. Had loads of fun.
I was reading about something called the Royal Jelly on another of the infertility thread that I have joined - they say it helps with BFP so have started to take it since yesterday.
They also say if you eat pineapple core and drink grape juice between ET and ER , your chances of preg also increase. I wish I had known all this during my previous cycle but its no big deal am going to do all of these things now.
There is an article about infertility that tells you about the foods which can help your chances of getting preg - am trying to do some of those things - so hopefully in sept I will be BFP as well :) :)
Since most of your already have beta +ve - let me know if you guys did anything that can help me.
The girls who are going to have their beta tomorrow - will not need all this - since it will be +ve anyways :)

Marynaz - I just realized yesterday you had asked if you should do anything special for ET and I told you things I did before ER - I am sooooooo sorry hunn. I hope you did eat and drink before the ET.
I am really really sorry - should have read it properly before telling you what to do.
Sorry again

Hi all,

Hope your all well this evening.

Priya glad your AF is finished and you have enjoyed a couple of days of shopping, its nice to treat yourself. I agree about the pineapple, I kind of wish I had known about it too, I wonder does it help when your having a frozen cycle. Also what is royal Jelly :? I would be really interested to know what that is and if we can get it here in the UK. Anything that can help is good hey, it makes you feel better when you are doing everything possible to make it work. Its good your planning your next cycle in september Priya, have you discussed your protocol with your Dr already. I'm thinking I may try round that time too.

My spotting has increased alittle this evening but I'm ok with it. Did feel awful today, went to see my sister ( who it 24 weeks) and we had lunch and when the lady was serving her she said you need and extra portion as your eating for two, I nearly burst into tears and there were pregnant women everywhere. Its silly because my friend and my sister came to see me tonight and we were just having a laugh and I feel much better, I guess I'm just going to be up and down alittle bit over the next few days.

take care all :) :)

new here but not to IVF. I have done several but this will be my last because I am sure it will work.
I had my transfer 7/30. My RE grades embies from 1-5 with 5 being excellent, top grade. We trasnferred 3 grade 5 embies! He said they look like my body did it all on it's own :)

Now in the 2ww. Being cautious this time, so staying home from my stressful job for a week. Been in bed since yesterday. Did go downstairs a couple of times but hubby quickly scooted me back to bed.

Any advice?

Kerry and Lisa - All the best for the beta's tomorrow - BFP for both of you - praying .....

sweetmomi - welcome - this is a great thread :)
3 grade 5 embabies is awsome .....
The wait is the most difficult part of IVF. You will be watching lots of TV :) and would be tempted to do home preg test ;)
Try to keep yourself busy - that is the only way to pass time quickly during this period.

4fanops - good beta progress - how many embryos had you put in cause with this beta number there is possibilities of twins right?

Talk to you all tomorrow

PriyaC- I had 3 morulas put in. That the stage after embryos and before blastocyst. The thought of multiples has cross my mind. I guess I will find out at my first scan on 8/15....

Sorry been MIA for a while...
Marynaz: wow...5 embies - that's a whole lot! My clinic won't do more than 2 usually. Can I ask how they justify that many - just wondering about triples/quad? You're smart for getting a hotel near the place...my ride back was 45 min and i kept feeling every pothole and drain that our SUV drove over while holding my belly.
Jaz: that's awesome that its doubled...congrats...are u having any symptoms yet? what day was your 1st beta?
Kerry: good luck for your beta tomm...u just never know! BFP hopefully in the works..
Priya: Its really great that you're having fun shopping and doing things to be happy again! I really admire your PMA and I hope it will work for you next try...Let us know what this royal jelly is :D
4fanops: congrats on ur BFP!!! Hope to join you soon.
Lisa: good luck tomm as well..positive lines are awesome but still scary:

As for me, I did have a very + POAS...didn't expect it as i've never seen 2 lines..hopefully not a dreaded chemical...but just more of God's good grace. Praying for a BFP!!!

Hi all,

Well I'm definitely BFN but I coming to terms with it today and dont feel so bad, my friends have all been wonderful.

Marynaz thats great news I am sure you will have some embies stick I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. I would just take it easy for a few days and then try to keep busy. Laying around for two weeks does not help and its not good for your circulation either.

Babyloves I'm so pleased you got a + on your HPT, goodluck today with your beta :) :)

Hey Priya I googled royal jelly and it sounds great, I've ordered some and can't wait to start it. I'm putting my DH on it too.

Jaz and 4fanops your numbers are going in the right direction, thats great, I'm really happy for you, you should both try and relax now and just enjoy your pregnancy. Good luck with your ultrasounds I'm sure they seem so far away.

Sweetmomi, welcome and that sounds great, I'm sure some of those embies will snuggle in. I wish you all the luck and hope that your 2ww goes quickly. Everyone on this site is very supportive :)

Take care all and keep posting.

Hello to all.. I've been reading your posts but haven't had a chance to chime in.. I had 2 blasts transferred on the 21st and had a BFN from them. I did everything by the book. Protein, pineapple, juices, gatorade, soy, acupuncture and four days of complete bedrest, and still, no stickies. It is all left to fate. Relax and enjoy this process as best you can. It will happen when it's right. For some sooner than others. best of luck and many sticky vibes for you all.

Hey Kerry - so you got the results from your beta?
I am so sorry to hear about the BFN . Next cycle is our time I can feel it.
Am so proud of you for hanging in there - that's the way to go.
I will send you some more info about some of the stuff that I have found out. Am compiling a word doc for that. Hopefully I will be able to attach it to the thread.
Have you decided if you will try fresh IVF for will use your FET.

babyscoming - so sorry to hear abt ur bfn -You are right its all fate in the end. But I think from our side we want to make sure we are doing everything right so there are no regrets in the end.

have a nice weekend ladies
