u were asking about the hot lamp your accupucturist was using.
i have been visiting a women locally, and what she did was
wave this burning stick over my tummy it was such a lovely
warming feeling, she did this up until et, but not during my
2ww, she explained that the chinese believe if u can warm
up that area it will make it more cosy for the embyro to
stay around, and she said keep warm by having hot soups
hot foods, and no cold drinks from the fridge, and make
sure u are wrapped up well and generally keep warm
it kinda make sense.
regarding the herbs, good on u, i tried and they were so
disgusting i just kept on gagging.

There's so much to know isn't there ... or do we all go abit overboard!. Will keep up with the warm lamp then until the 2ww. The herbs are so disgusting. I'm simmering some at the moment, they even smell so bad. I am a vegetarian and some of the ingredients definitely look like animal bits (having to block it all out of my mind). If Jordan and kerry can eat live insects then I can drink some black lumpy liquid!!! (hope you know what I am talking about .... I'ma Celebrity TV prog). I am a tv addict.

I am a bit gutted that I read yesterday that acupuncture can take up to 6 months to work. I can't afford to keep it up indefinitely .... it means that this ivf (drugs, ec, et, acupuncture and herbs) will cost £4000.00. How ridiculous is that?
Anyway ..... positive, positive .... I might not have to do it again.

Those Chinese herbs sound revolting. I take my hat off to you girls who are taking them. Good luck to you all. Like you said sophie-Jane if Kerry and Jordan can eat those bugs then you can drink your stuff!!!
