Hi all,

Thanks Priya for those encouraging words. We really are all brave for doing this aren't we.
You are great for going to all that trouble on the information but I'm looking forward to reading it. I went online today and read up about the Royal jelly, it sounds great. I also found out about a clinic in hungary that does IVF for half the cost of in this country and all the doctors are american trained and the success rates are much better than in this country too, so I have alot to think about.

Take care all

I am nauseous and my bb are heavy and sensitive and I am extremely tired. Some may say that it is too early for symptoms, but I am definitely feeling them. How about you?

Are all of you abstaining from intercourse? My RE was not specific.

Hi all

babyloves your beta numbers sound great, I'm really excited for you. :) :)

I'm just trying to do lots of research now to give me the best chance when using my frosties.

I'm sure the symptoms are not much fun but I'm sure your also relieved to be having them, take it easy and relax when you can.

Enjoy your weekends everyone.

My RE gave me strict instructions for "pelvic rest" during the 2ww, and he prefers that you continue that up to 12 weeks.
However, I have read other woman who are pg and do it...

Congarts babyloves - great beta numbers - chances of twins :)
Enjoy your pregnancy girls :) :)

I have joined sept IVF thread but will be in touch with you guys as well.
Kerry - all the best for the next cycle.
There is an sept thread on this site and there is one more that i like, if you want to join
http://forums.fertilitycommunity.com/vi ... 1107329242

Here is all what I am doing now Kerry -
1) Royal jelly/ Fresh pollen
http://forums.fertilitycommunity.com/vi ... jelly.html

2) Foods :
- Good sources of essential fatty acids are fish, fish oil, nonhydrogenated cold-pressed oils such as flaxseed and pumpkin-seed oils, eggs, soy products, raw nuts and seeds, and dark-green and winter vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, beets, carrots, kale, collards, cabbage, turnips, rutabaga, and Brussels sprouts.
- 1. Watermelon: Loads of vitamin C and carotenoids, good amount of fiber, and low in calories.
2. Papaya: Loads of vitamin C and carotenoids, great source of potassium and fiber.
3. Orange: Great vitamin C and folate, and plenty of fiber if you eat the whole fruit and not just the juice.
4. Grapefruit (pink or red): Loads of vitamin C and carotenoids, good amount of fiber of the cholesterol lowering type, pectin, plus it contains phytochemicals such as flavonoids, terpenes, and limonoids.
5. Apricots: They are brimming with beta-carotene, have loads of potassium and fiber, and contribute some vitamin C to the diet. Dried apricots don't have the vitamin C, but are a good source of iron. Canned apricots have only half the vitamin C and beta- carotene as fresh.

Top Five Vegetables:

1. Spinach: Great source of beta-carotene, vitamin C, folate, iron, potassium, and calcium.
2. Sweet Potatoes: Loads of potassium, vitamin C, beta-carotene, and fiber.
3. Collard greens: Superb source of beta-carotene, member of the cruciferous family of vegetables, known for their cancer prevention power, loads of vitamin C and folate, good source of calcium and fiber.
4. Carrots: Loads of beta-carotene, and fiber.
5. Sweet Red Pepper: A great source of vitamin C, beta-carotene, and fiber.

3) Acupuncture

I Found this article very useful as well:

Sorry its not as organized as I wanted it to be. Hope this helps.

Will miss you guys - It was great to have met you - my support buddies :)

4fanops: i haven't asked my RN but the clinic told me "pelvic rest" for about 5 days after ET and I assumed its okay after that...i was kinda scared it wouldn't work cuz i had a lot of pain/cramps after IC (sorry TMI)...i don't know what to do know while waiting for ultrasounds...what about you?
Priya: that was awesome nutrition advice. Wishing you the best...

How is everyone doing?
I am 3dp3dt and feel ok but still no symthoms. I know it is early but I started to feel nervous . It is really hard to not think about it. Laying down in a bed and reading books and wathching tv can be very boring. I am so lucky that my mom is here and she cooks all my favorite dishes for me. Anyway almost 9 more days to beta. !!! I am sure i get creazy.

Hi maryannaz:

I had my ET on 7/30. I am trying to keep busy, but my mind constantly is wondering if the embryo (s) are implanting. I sure hope so. I analyze every little twing etc. So far, I really don't feel anything. Do you?
Kim

Hi Marynaz:

I only had 1 day of bedrest. I took it easy the next day, but didn't stay in bed. Yesterday I went for a nice walk, thinking it might make some blood flow to the uterus.
I was hoping this am for some types of cramps etc, but still nothing. I still have lots of PMA, b/c I know it is early for us. My beta is 8/9 and then again 8/11.
Keep me posted on how you feel.
Baby dust,
