E2/P levels on 6dp4dt

Post by jes77 »

I got my first blood work done (E2 and progrestrone check) after the transfer. 6 days post transfer

E2 = 384 pg/ml
P = 43nMol/L

I didn't had the chance to talk to the doctor, but these numbers looks to be in the normal range.

I had Pregnyl shot (in our clinic it is in practice to give HCG shot on 6 days post transfer). today after the injection I started to feel tired, could be that HCG from the injections giving symptoms..

Regards,
Jes.

Looks good.

I don't know of hCG itself inducing fatigue. However, it does promote progesterone production in your corpus luteum, and progesterone is associated with drowsiness and tiredness.

Are you also taking progesterone supplements or relying on just the hCG? Your progesterone is in the low end of the normal range (depending on whose criteria you use). My clinic would be increasing your progesterone at this point, as a precaution.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Dear Ghost,

Thank you very much.

Since I m taking vaginal pessaries, they said numbers would not be high as in progesterone injections.

Last IVF, my prog was exactly 43 on 7days post transfer, and got positive beta with 583 on 14dpt. but miscarried within a week.

now I have asked to take dupastan supplement. hope this will help to keep the level going up.
