HCG Trigger Shot

So I did my shot last night (actually a nurse co-worker gave it to me) and 15 hours later my butt is still really hurting! I feel like I have a massive cramp or pulled muscle there with every step I take it hurts.

Does it normally hurt this long or I am just lucky?

Mine was done in the stomach and it hurt/burned for about 24 hours then stopped. I would say if it hurts longer than 24 hours then talk to your nurse.

My first IVF cycle it hurt for about 2 days. Doc said it is normal

The second IVF cycle didnt hurt even right after.

Mine also hurt for days. I had trouble twisting until almost transfer day. It sucked, but it eventually went away. The meds they gave me after retrieval helped a lot.
