I wish it was a way to know if I am preggo or not right now. I could pay everything for it. I am at work but have not done even one useful thing. My mind can NOT go anywhere rather than my little embies inside me. I am talking to them constantly and ask them to stick and grow. Hope they listen to me.:) Good luck to all of you who have beta this week. let us know when you get BFP and make us happ. Baby Dust To all waiting moms.

Hi Onemorebaby,

Wow you were asking the question I have been asking myself. I think we had our transfers on the same day, 6/26, as I am 10 days past a 3 day transfer also. I did not do an HPT on my first IVF and just waited for the news. This time I really want to but my husband doesn't want me to. My beta is on Friday, but I may do an HPT tomorrow???

How are you feeling after yesterday's test?

Hey Hopeful,

You're right, I had my transfer on 7/26. Part of me wished I hadn't tested, it was so painful to see that one line. Truth be known, though, it is probably better that I know ahead of time.

How am I doing? Awful. I just don't understand why it has to be so hard. I am trying to hold out hope that it was just to early, but I am realistic. I have been on this ttc train too long to think otherwise. I was just really hoping that my first IVF would bring me my baby.

Thank God I still have my frozen embies. But, if fresh doesn't work for me, how can frozen?

*snif, snif* I will try to hold it toghether for a few more days till the beta, you never know. My RE told me to have it done on Thursday (12dp3dt) but do to a scheduling issue (nearest place to get a blood draw is 2 hours away) I will have it done on Friday.

If you do an hpt tomorrrow, hopeful, i want to hear about it, okay? Nice to have such wonderful cycle buddies. If I had to go through this alone, I don't know how I would have handled it.

Hugs and love,
ag

Hi Onemorebaby,

I will more than likely test tomorrow and I'll let you know. Yesterday may have been to soon, so don't get too down yet.

I know how difficult it is with having done the IUI's and now moving on to IVF ... one roller coaster ride after another. After our first beta my phone call consisted of "your pregnant BUT your beta is so low it is more than likely not a viable pregnancy." A few days later I had the miscarriage. I gave myself one day to stay home from work and cry it out.

The doctor was very optimistic this cycle will work, so I'm very hopeful. I will keep you updated.

Hopeful in SD,
I just noticed you live in San Diego. May I ask which office are u going to.
I am going to an office in Irvine. I like my RE but I heard UCSD in Lajolla has higher success rate now I am thinking why I didn't go to them???
Anyway I am sure most of them do the same things and it is just matter of luck. I wish you the best tomorrow with your HPT. Let us know what happened. take care.

Marynaz,

I am at the San Diego Fertility Center. I really like my doctor and all the staff. My OB/GYN actually referred me to a different clinic first, as they were affiliated with his the medical group he is in, but they were really rude. I asked for a second referral and then looked up the success rates.

Wow, you live in SD and are driving up to Irvine? Are their success rates a lot higher than the clinics down here?

:)

Hopeful in SD,
Actually San Diego Fertility Center has higher rate than my current office but I just knew one of the doctor here and that is why I am driving all the way to here. I have heard a lot of good things about your office good luck to you. I was also going to another office but left them because they were so rude maybe the same one as you :)

Not really stupid! AF stands for Aunt Flow, ie. your period.

Hi Ladies:
I can't concentrate or get anything done. I am so distracted at work...
I have some slight cramping today, but I know that it could be b/c of the progesterone. I had cramping last time and got BFN. Otherwise, no symptoms.

onemorebaby: Did you try another hpt today??

Hopeful in SD: I hope you get a + when you do your hpt.

Ladies, I know this is so hard. I can't wait to hear about all the BFP's!!!
My beta is 8/9. I feel like it is early...I will only be 10dp3dt.

Kimmysq, thank you for your positive thinking. Your test does sound early, but I'm sure your RE knows what he/she is doing. The cramping can be from implantation so don't stress

Marynaz, the clinic was off the 163 by Health Center Dr. Same clinic?

Well I just went to Target and bought my HPT so I'll let you all know tomorrow.

Hi ladies. I had my 5dt on 7/30 and I am testing like it's my job and of course my DH and everyone who knows tells me it's way too early but what do they know!?

Speaking of jobs, I want to choke out everyone at work because I am so not thinking or caring about work because WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT or WHAT IF I AM NOT PREGNANT. I didn't tell everyone I work with so of course I can't expect special treatment but I really want to scream at everyone and say, "I just peed on a stick and it's negative so leave me the hell alone until Monday (when I have my BETA)!!!"

A friend told me the Dollar store tests (yes, Dollar Tree) are more sensitive than the regular drug store ones. Anyone heard this? Plus for us POAS addicts, it's way cheaper than the other ones.

Hi ladies....I was just reading some of you posts, and it's like you took the words right out of my mouth! I just had my 3dt on Mon. and I'm going crazy! Work, forget it!!! I take up space there, but I am so NOT there. I knew the 2ww was going to be tough, but I hope I can find a way to stop thinking about it a litte and function!

Well, good luck to all of you!
