Did anyone think it would just never happen and then it did??? Could you share your story of dealing with major disappointment and then finally getting what you thought just wasn't possible...these stories help a lot!

Hang in there. I had 2 cancelled cycles because I wasn't responding to the meds. Each time we were crushed. The first time we were shocked and devastated. We never let ourselves believe that IVF wouldn't work. The second time we were numb. We were forced to realize that this actually may not happen for us.
Luckily we decided to try again. On that 3rd cycle we still struggled and ended up only having 2 follicles. At retrieval, there was only 1 egg. Talk about long odds. Anyway, we ended up pregnant!!! We were amazed.
