What the heck does pio stand for?

dcdiva: Congrats on the positive HPT! From what I've heard, there aren't false positives, only false negatives. You go girl! I would suggest waiting to see what your BETA is and then deciding.

Hopeful in SD: I didn't mean to worry you. You'll be just fine. Like I said to dcdiva, there are no false positives. Good luck :D

Elizabethski: Thanks for all the love. I feel it big time.

Good Morning ladies,
Thank you so much for all of your well wishes....this is the greatest feeling in the world. I've decided to take this one week at a time and try not to look too far into the future with this pregnancy (that still sounds so weird :) ) As far as telling people...we wound up telling quite a few people, because many of our friends and family knew we were going through the process. I believe the extra prayers helped.

Good luck today Onemorebaby and rn2005...keep yourself occupied today...for me this was the 2ww all in one day :)

Tortillachip - I hope you get great news today...talk to your embie and tell him/her to show himself :)

Elizabethski, Jharris, Kim 14, Hopeful in SD - Unbelievable...you girls should feel awesome going into the beta....hope you bring back some big numbers...welcome hopeful

Hommy and sweetmomi-we are all thinking about you guys...hope your mood if lifting a bit.

Anj - it's probably too early...don't let the test get you down.

Emfossum- be sure to give us the update on your transfer...hope they're doing well

good luck to the rest in the 2ww and the few girls who are still stimming

the doc said 588 was a strong start, so I am very pleased whatever winds up coming out of me :) someone asked my transfer details: We did a 3dt with 2 embies...grow little guys grow :)

Wow, the thread is moving very fast and more new good news I would say. Sorry for disappearing coz I need to calm down my emotion. Yes...Im feeling good and back from my gloomy days.

Antoak - CONGRATULATION!!! Its really a wonderful news, finally all your efforts bear fruits. Don't forget to share your babydusts to all of us :D

Onemorebaby, rn2005 - Good luck for your beta test today.

dcdiva,nickyb73 and jharris12 - Tomorrow is your day. Keep being positive!!!

emfossum - When will be your ET? I wish you all the best.

Hopeful in sd - Congratulation!!! Another BFP to bring colors to this thread. :D

Sweetmomie - You are going to be a sweet mum, no doubt that!

Tortillachip - You are always in my mind and in my prayers.

Valerie68 - You are so sweet, thank you for giving us all the encouragements.

I hope I didn't miss anyone. Well Im feeling much better coz my family problem is half way solve. Yeahhh....God is good!! Today I went for bloodtest to test the level of progesterone and it turns out to be way below normal level. The nurse asked me to double the dosage. Well I hope its not too late to increase it. Furthermore, I felt twinge feeling at my both ovaries...I dunno what is that. Its not a cramp though. Well I still keep positive about this and still clinging on to little hope that I have. Im still praying for God's miracle. :D

HopefulInSD: Welcome to the group, and congrats on the BFP HPT!! Can't wait to hear your beta today!

tortilla: Can't wait to hear your 2nd beta today! 11dpt was way too early. I'm sure it will be higher now!!

As for me, I took 3 tests this morning, and one was digital, and got a big fat YES+!!! :D I am so excited and can't wait for my beta tomorrow!! Someone asked if people are telling after beta, well several people that know we are doing this are waiting about as anxiously as I am for the results tomorrow, so we will be telling those that know about it. They don't know about the HPT's though! Ladies, thank you all so much for the support. It has meant so much. Baby dust to you all!!

jharris - that is hilarious - 3 tests!! I did test this am and got bfp - at 4:30 am :-) I am cautious though as elisabteh had bfp on hpt last cycle i believe and her beta was super low. Im not even sure how that is possible? Im staying hopeful :-) And you will know soon!!! I was neg on all my hpts last cycle so Im taking it as a good sign!

HA kim14!! Yeah, I peed in a cup and dipped all 3 in, 1 at a time! I know some tests are more sensitve than others, so I wanted to try more than one!! And the digital said NO 2 days ago, so that's why I used the regular ones, too!! I'm sure your beta will be just fine, especially since you are several days before your beta! I didn't get a BFP HPT until like 2 days before my beta!! Good luck!

Hello Ladies!!! Congrats to all of you that have gotten BFP from either Beta or HPT. Unfortunately, it does not appear that I will be joining you in "Mommyville" this cycle. I took a HPT this morning and it was a BFN and when I got to work my period had started. So, I am not very hopeful that my Beta tomorrow will be positive. I thought that I would be more upset than I am. I think that I was kinda expecting a BFN given the way my body has felt during the 2WW. I'm sure that it will really hit me tomorrow after the Beta test. Think that I will take a few months off and give my body a break.

Best of luck to all of you.

First IVF, BFN

Post by MegFuzzy »

Hi,
This is my first time posting ont his board, although I've been reading your posts for quite a while. I had a 3 day transfer on July 24th. 2 Levl 2 embryos were transfered. Yesterday I found out I got a BFN. I'm absolutely devistated. I so expected this to work, I never even thought that it might not work. I did everything right, acupuncture, eating right...and still no baby. I started with 28 eggs, 14 fertilized, 2 embryos transfered and none of the others made it to day 5. We are going to do another cycle in a month or two. Has anyone had success after having a failed IVF?

Megfuzzy and nickyb73 sorry to hear about your news. Wishing you the best next cycle.

I am happy for all of you ladies getting those great beta results. I hope to join you in your amazing journey soon.

I finally got my report on my embies. Here is goes
All ten and hanging in there, 7 are high quality, and 3 are still growing.
Of the 10 they considered 7 high quality there is:

1-9 cell 4- (less than 10% frag)
4-8 cell 4- (less than 10% frag)
1-8 cell 3+ (less than 20% frag)
1-7 cell 3+ (less than 20% frag)

Then the other little ones are:
1-7 cell 3 (20%-30% frag)
1-5 cell 4- delayed growth but great quality
1-5 cell 3+ slower but less than 20% frag

We are going for a 5DT, I will pray that they all stay strong for the next couple of days. Saturday is the transfer day.

Thanks to everyone for you support, and know that my thoughts are with all of you. :)
