Well Im not to scared about the ER I just want them to get a whole bunch of eggs lol Im 23yrs old so I just thought there would be more you know!? Willl I find out tomorrow how many eggs they got????

Good Morning Ladies... I am only 2dp5dt and I am already feeling all the anxiety. I can not believe time seems as it is keeping still. DH and I plan to go out today but otehr than that i do not have much planned. I am hoping work next week will keep my mind on something else.. Yes I am claiming it, PUPO. My beta is in 8 days on a Sunday and I am SOOOO looking forward to it. Any others out there in the 2WW, does your clinic have you on any meds? I am taking E2 pills twice a day and proj inserts. What are youladies doing to stay busy and tp keep your mind on whats going on inside? 
Tris I was also discouraged when I found out the numbers, but you only need one good egg for a pregnancy. I had 13 follicles going in and only came out with 5 mature eggs. It will work out, just have hope.

I got my 3rd Fert report today:
We currently have: 4 - 8 cell, 1 - 7 cell, 1 - 6 cell, 2 - 5 cell, 1 - 4 cell.
The lead embryos have no fragmentation and the cells look even, making them class 1
The transfer is set for Monday at 11am so until then I am going to have a fun weekend.

tris22 When i went for ER i also only got 8 eggs retrieved! To top everything all eight got fertilized so stay positive. You will be just fine! How many follies did you have?

God knows that if this doesnt work I probably wont be able to do another cycle for a very long time. I am staying very positive though. I feel very good about all this. Pray for me guys. Well I am officially on the 2ww. We transferred 4 blasts this morning. They are planning to freeze 1 today, and maybe some more tomorrow. My clinic is super strict about bedrest. I can only get up to go to the bathroom. It makes it hard to type because I need to be completly flat.
How is everyone doing?

well i got my day 7 luteal numbers estogen 136 and progestreone 17.. ghost says his clinic likes to see estrogen above 200.. so i am not optimistic..
those darn 40 year old eggs... well i am not totally giving up hope yet..
I cooked all day we r having 10 people to dinner and now i am going to cave and drive to drugstors to get a HPT..

Elizabeth - wow, 4 blasts! That's a high number for a first ET. I've heard CCRM has a tendency to do this to increase their success rates and thus has a high percentage of multiples. Are you OK with multiples? Also, did you have to go down to Lone Tree for your ER and ET?

Rosario I had 8 follies and ended up with 8 eggs. I cant believe all 8 of yours fertilized Im hoping for the same!!! My clinc will only transfer 2 max so your lucky they may do more and also its up to the patient how many thye put in kinda cool huh! Whens your first beta??

I had my ER today. 11 eggs retrieved. 10 look good according to embryologist. ET 13th.
ROSARIO - Good stuff! Like you, I am wondering about doing 4. Although I want to have a few frosties just in case, and am thinking only half the frosties will make it to ET. Big decision.

not looking good for me girls... the few symptoms i had disapprared today.. very similar to other cylcles and my luteal numbers were low.. amd i did poas tonight bfn

dh and i had a heart to heart tinight.. he has been ambivalent his mother died giving birth to him... do i have gone through much of this alone,, but he is going to stick with it he says,,

Hi everyone,
This seems like a good place to be since I'm new to forums and IVF. Just completed our first cycle. I am also waiting for my beta results. I am using a progesterone supplement as part of a study. I am really hurting too. My abdomen is swollen and bloated - a lot! We had a total of 20 eggs, 13 fertilized and only 6 made the final cut. They transferred 2 4-celled embryos on Friday. Has anyone had any success with progesterone? I've had 2 miscarriages (one at 13 weeks, one at 4 weeks) and been TTC for over 9 years. So, we have a lot riding on this one. I'm trying hard not to be too optimistic or pessimistic about it, but it's so hard. I didn't think I'd be so obsessed so soon. But, it could be hormones, or the discomfort or combos of all of it. I am def stressed right now and trying to rest at the same time. Does anyone else feel like a reproductive lump???
