progesterone refrigerated or room temp???

Hi all
does anyone refrigerate your progesterone?? is this required by your RE? My nurse told me it does not have to be refrigerated. I am in the 2ww and confused and wondering???

if you have the oil, please for your sake, do not put in fridge! It has to make its way through your muscle and will be painful. If you have suppositories, I remember having to put those in fridge or they'd threaten to melt.

Definiately NOT the fridge OUCH!! and i highly recomend sitting on a heating pad both before and after the shot to minimize soreness. I was having real trouble and when i started doing the heating pad before it was a miracle.

no refridgeration needed, but shouldn't be kept warmer than 86 degrees, preferably 77 F...just according to the box. Good luck

Whew!! Thanks for all your responses!
Beta is 8/19. Estridial was 262 and progesterone is 27.6.. any opinions on this number???
Just going nutty during the 2ww!!

According to ghost those numbers are very good.. he said his clinic likes estrogen above 200 and progesterone above 15

yes the 2ww is awful..

I had my beta this am not hodking out much hope as i had BFN on POAS and my hormone levels were e- 73 and progesterone 24

anyone giving themselves progesterone injections ?? I am doing my own for a few days while out of town for work. had them in the backside now in the leg... giving the injection at the same time every night, but just wondering if changing location of injection site affects it in any way???
