Hi
I had my ER done under general anesthesia so I didn't feel a thing...no cramps when I woke up either..only a tiny bit of spotting.
The ET doesn't hurt either and it takes only minutes.

I started POAS 3 days before my scheduled pregnancy test at the clinic and it started as a very faint + line that gradually darkened as the day to my preg test came closer.

Hi~

I POAS at 9dp3dt and got +'s everyday until my beta at 14dp3dt. I've heard the magic day is 10dp3dt. I think I was + early b/c of my twins.

Good luck!!

My first ER was nothing. It was done under a light general and when I woke up I was about a 2 or 3 out of 10 on discomfort and didn't remember the procedure. I didn't even fill my Tylenol 3 w/ codeine prescription.
2nd time was a little worse... I did fill it then, but the next day I felt fine and didn't need to take any.

Now, I in NO way want to scare you or get you nervous... but I don't want to lie either. I switched clinics which instead of a light general used conscious sedation. I woke up part way through my 1st retrieval with them (my 3rd cycle), and it was painful, I won't lie to you... but nothing that I couldn't bare... and I was ok by the time I left the clinic. It almost seemed like a dream where I didn't quite remember all of it... just a lot of pressure and what almost feels like when you are getting your iv put in (but the fact that it's down your your yeehaw just seems to make it a little worse).
This last time (my 4th cycle) I was pretty worked up about making sure they gave me enough drugs so I didn't wake up. I wasn't traumatized or anything... I just would prefer to not know anything that is going on. I think my worry though caused a reverse deal with me and I never went under at all and remember the whole thing. There was pain... but compared to all the u/s where they feel like they are up in your tonsils, a hysterosalpingogram, sonohystogram... it wasn't that bad. I swear to you when I say it is worth it and by the end of the day I was over it. In fact I was up cleaning house that evening... so no biggie. They gave me Oxycotin, and I did take 1 pill when I got home and two before bed, but the next day I didn't need anything at all.

One thing to be aware of... is if you know that you get nauseous after sedation or anesthetic... or if you get nauseous if you haven't eaten for a while- you may want to ask for them to give you something to combat that. They can either give you a pill that disolves under your tongue before hand, or something in your iv afterwords.
Also, my first clinic offered Sprite and crackers (saltine and graham). That really helped after coming out of the drugs to settle your stomach. My new clinic doesn't offer anything but water so this last time I brought my own Sprite and crackers.

I wish you the best of luck!!!

Hi,
I got my first faint + 8dp3dt.
The most sensitive sticks are FRED, Answer, CVS. If you put in HCG levels and HPT's, you can find an entire list of every HPT and its sensitivity.
