AUG/SEPT BUDDIES!
Good evening ladies. Sorry I haven't posted the past couple days. So here's my update I went for my 3rd beta on Tuesday and my beta dropped from 150 to 43. So that had me come back today to check again, and my levels have dropped again, down to 15. So they told me to quit my meds, but come back Saturday for one more test, then they want me to schedule a follow up. So I guess it wasn't my time. I'm not sure what we will do next. We don't really have the money to try again. So now we have to discuss our options and go from there. But I want to wish you all the best of luck on your journey. You have all been such a great support group and I truly appreciate it! Baby dust to you all.

Jharris- I am so sorry to hear your news. My heart goes out to you and DH. I am inthe same boat as you where this is our only second chance. I hope that maybe in a some time you will be able to try again. In the meantime I think ALOT of BMS sounds like alot of fun.

As for me, sorry it has taken me so long to post. I had to go to work today at school for a little while and am just now getting around to getting on the computer. I have 3 follicles on my left ovary (this is my one and only) that measured 10 and some smaller ones. They only measure the ones over 10. My Follistim will stay the same, 150u in the AM and 150u PM, plus I will add Ganirelix in the AM and 10u of low dose HCG in the PM. I will do this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. I go back in Monday morning for another scan and b/w then I will do 150u of Follistim and my Ganirelix (AM) and then wait on a call from my nurse to see what is next. I ask her about a est. ER and she said it would probably be Wednesday or Thursday with ET on Saturday or Sunday. I am praying that we will be able to trigger Monday night because I am going to be out of Follistim if I have to do Follistim on Tuesday of next week(yiiiiicks)! I didn't even ask what my E2 was, I just figured that if it was not right then she would have told me. Is follicles at 10 on 4 days of stims bad? I am new to all of this so I don't know(lol). Has anyone else triggered on day 8 of stims? Sorry for all the questions but this is my first IVF. Thanks in advance for your help. Have a great evening =)

JHARRIS - I am so sorry that this is happening to you. My thoughts and prayers are with you. Like you this is probably my only shot, after this I am pretty much out of pocket and I can't go in any more debt then I am already in. The best of luck in whatever you decide to do next.
Muggsey - I think your follies are doing nicely. My last cycle that I stimmed I went for b/w and u/s on day 3 and they said that they were just looking for follies that were around 10. I know usually they like people to stim around 10 days but everyone's RE's are different. Grow Follies Grow.

Wow, you ladies are busy during the day. As I don't work on a computer, I only have access when I come home and this is getting to be a really busy and exciting time!
jharris~ I was so hopeful for you for a good beta today and it really made me sooo sad that you are experiencing this chemical. You have been such a cheery, supportive person on this board...I've enjoyed you a lot and certainly will miss you!!
I wish you the best and really hope you can find the funds in the near future and try again! My heart goes out to you and your DH...I believe everything happens for a reason in life, sometimes it's not obvious at first but something good will come out of this for you...let it happen and it will come into your life! Much love and tons of hugs!!!
Muggsey~ Sounds like you're doing well after 4 days of stims! My Re only triggers when the lead follies have at least reached 18mm because that's when they're mature and you want the others to be close behind. They don't give me a date, they just check when you're ready and sometimes that can take 12 days or perhaps more. I have a right ovary and between the 2 of us, we make a complete set of ovaries
JDC~ Girl, you are my inspiration and I hope I follow your path! Us girls with few follies, we have to really fight for it. I'm not far behind you and we'll prove them wrong all the way!

Amanda~ 139 sounds very good...AHHHH those evil headaches...I feel for you. Try drinking more water. I drink 2.5 liters or more a day of water ( I work outdoors) and it has helped me a lot. I felt one coming on tonight and I started drinking water and now I feel good.
Much Hope~ You have a very good outlook ...I'm on an aggressive protocol due to my age and the fact that I have one ovary. Hope you get good follies count on Tuesday.
Babycrazy~ Hooray for ET tomorrow and you're moving down the list with the PUPO girls! Enjoy getting knocked up
Kas~ Try not to feel bad...I know it's hard but you're talking to the queen of poor responder...3 follies and 2 eggs last cycle and I got pregnant. I agree, quality over quantity. The increase in meds will make you produce more. So stay relaxed, you will do fine. Toobee started slow too and they increased her meds and has a good follie count now.

Truebeliever~ A lot of women don't feel anything and are pregnant. I agree that we all want to feel something that will tell us we're pregnant. Only 3 more days but they are the toughest...beta day just can't get here fast enough! Good luck.
jenolina~ Best of luck on ER tomorrow and wishing you a good fert. report! You're a trooper for doing your own injections! That long needle actually doesn't hurt. It scared me too but I was surprised not to feel anything.

Tomorrow I go for BW and based on that number, they will decide when to do an US. She told me it could be Sat, Sun or even Mon!! I asked her today: Don't you want to know what's going on down there? She told me that I was pretty much following the same path as last time based on my day 4 of treatment. She told me to trust them. I'm sorry but they don't seem to understand the anxiousness we feel going through this and that we want to know what's going on. tomorrow, I'll be able to give you my day 8 E2.
I've talked enough tonight and if I forgot anybody...wishing you the best.
One more thing..Rosario I'd wait a little longer before the hpts. You'll only be disappointed if you see a negative. I think it's still too soon.

Me, still 2WWaiting!! Going nuts... My beta is the 22nd not the 24th which I first thought. I believe there are 4 of us who beta on the same day!!! That has to be a good luck number... 2 embryos for the 22nd!!
I keep doing the needle thing on my bellie and thats the only thing keeping me sane at the moment - It keeps me happy believe the needle is telling me both my boys are still snuggled in!! (Is feeling sane the first sign of insanity?????)

Ladies...
Good Morning Ladies, I have to admit, I fell victim this morning. I used an EPT Certainty digital test and it came back POSITIVE Oh my word, is this really true?? I only have 2 days until beta and trying not to get overly excited until I hear some good numbers. I have not told DH yet, think I will wait to retest tomm and show it to him to see his reaction. Rosario, I would wait until about Sunday to POAS.
Ladies I know whatever part of the progress you are in can be very stressful, and I am living proof that it is easier said than done to keep your mind off the situation or testing. It will get better, the Lord has a plan for us. I am praying for self and each lady on this thread. It is time for our BFPs and Healthy Babies!!!
