anyone going for retrieval around july 22 or close???

Hi everyone, glad to see so many great betas out there!!

I will have my 1st beta on Mon. I am really scared to take a test. I have some strange symptoms, slight cramping, some heartburn, and insomnia. I really hope these are good symptoms. Did any of you have these type of symptoms?

Hi...long time no write!
dcdiva: hi, sometimes symptoms of congestion and slight fever are pg related...pg causes "hyperemia" - basically nasal congestion b/c of the increasing blood volume, etc. i've had it lately, plus more sneezing..it might be that or just be something viral that u've caught...i'd just keep hydrated and rest.

Kim: wow...that a great beta...spotting is definitely a sign of early pg.
sweetmomi: good luck on monday for ur u/s..how many weeks will u be then?
hommy: ur beta is just fine...i know ur comparing to everyone else on this board...but anything above 5 is pg!! good luck

As for me, just wanted to update u guys that my U/S showed 2 wonderful little ones...with good hbs. We're sooo blesssed, and DH is really excited. Trying to eat well and not do anything too crazy...but its still a little scary.

Dcdiva - a cold wont hurt you dont worry - try some claritin - I have been trying to avoid all my sick coworkers but its hard!

emfossum - i am also not sleeping well

Kimmy - we test 12 days after transfer, thanks! im hoping i have a heathy one! DH keeps calling it baby superman - since i was so sick with strep and then the betas are high

dcdiva - hows your cold? Have you taken any medecine yet? I think should be no effect on your babies. Don't worry. Just rest well and I hope I can join your motherhood club soon. Im still having hope and at the same time dread of my result tomorrow.

Hi ladies,

I tested on a HPT today and got a faint line. I am still cautious. I am 8dp5dt. I also tested in the afternoon after I had gone to bathroom at least 3 times that morning. Do you think this effects the color of the line?

Anyone with a bfp, still having spotting? Im at almost 6 weeks now. I think its caused by the inserts. It started at same time. I had it on fri and then again today - very light -but makes me sooo nervous

emf, cramping is a really good sign. A lot of women report that as an early symptom. You will see a lot of my posts on here where I was freaking out about it and I am pregnant! I thought AF was coming but no chance

Any line means +!!!! Congrats.

Kim, I have read a lot of posts saying that the inserts cause some spotting.

Hi Everyone, I'm back from my dad's 80th bday and have been reading the last few pages to try and catch up. Wow, there are some great betas coming in!!! Congrats to all of you with such high betas! I did a combined 2nd/3rd beta last Monday and don't go back for my u/s until the 26th. It is like the 2ww all over again!

jharris: I am so,so sorry. My heart goes out to you. I also wish I could give you a big hug. Take care of yourself.

Thank God Thank God!!! My beta result just come back. 3 days later my beta from 147 increase to 658. Means it is more than double. Im so happy that I want to jump around and cry at the same time. Its God's miracle!!! My DH is so happy that I think he smiles all the time. The feeling is overwhelming. Im really pregnant!!!

Im going for scan 2 weeks later. I really hope by that time I will see the viable sac. Thank you girls for your encouragements and listening to me when I was down. Thank you and Its great to know you. Now I can really join the motherhood club.

hommy: congrats on those betas!! how exciting...you're increasing quickly...maybe 2 for you too??

emfossum: sounds like ur pg!! Faint lines esp after peeing many times is probably a stronger line.
Kim: hope the spotting settles down...is SG concerned or do they wanna switch you to something else. I know people have been allergic to the shots and have gone to supps..

Hommy - What a great post with wonderful news! I love how you express your sheer joy! Hmm...maybe you do have more than one in there.

As for me, I am still waiting for the lab to call with my beta results. I will keep you posted.

I hope all of you ladies are feeling good, and you betas keep getting higher and higher.
