I have been doing IVF and IUI treatments for almost 2 years but I have yet to find a good way to keep track of all this information. I have been to many dr.'s and it is so hard to keep track of all the information and the specific protocols and cycle information not to mention the different tests.. does anyone have a good way to do this?
The excel spreadsheet is what I did. I kept a list of follies sizes at each ultrasound. I also printed out some of those free calender sheets easily found on the internet and mapped out my cycle.
Me 37(oh no another yr older)
DH 42 male factor
1st IVF/ICSI/AH 6/08 BFN
2nd IVF/ICSI/AH 9/08 BFN
Thanks for the quick responses. I guess I was trying to find something in a portable format. I am not usually by my computer when I get my phone calls with results etc. and I always end up with a bunch of post-it notes and other scraps of paper and then I put it in a notebook...
I created a private blog (only I can see it) through Blogger just for this purpose. It obviously isn't as organized as a spreadsheet, but it lets me keep track of all sorts of info pretty easily.
