Hi, this is my first IVF cylce. I started stimming on 8/14, 2 Bravelle, 1 Menopur, 5u Lupron. I had an us/bw on 8/18, 9 follies all 10-12mm. They changed the Bravelle to 1 and I have an appt tomorrow.
Today I had a clear discharge, enough that it went through my pants, left a big wet spot. There were two small, white round balls (clumps?) in the fluid. Could this have been an early ovulation? Could those have been eggs? Would they be visible? If it was there isn't much I can do now, but I was just wondering if it's possible I could have ovulated too early.
I didn't see discharge as a side effect of the meds. I have endometriosis, endometriomas on both sides with fluid in them, but I didn't feel any pain when this happened, don't know if one could have ruptured? I was just walking and felt the fluid.

Thanks.
I'll leave this one to IVFnurse, but I will assure you those are NOT eggs. Eggs are microscopic (and not white).

Thanks, I didn't think they would be big enough to be visible. I'm sure you are used to all kinds of questions from anxious people, and I thank you for the knowledge you provide us!
You are fine....discharge is very common during the stim phase and chances are you did not ovulate yet. The lupron should prevent that. The reason they decreased the Bravelle is that you are responding beautifully and they do not want to overstimulate you. If the discharge becomes bothersome wear a mini pad. Also, if it was the gel ask the doctor or tech to use less gel next time.
I am an infertility nurse and I work in a major IVF facility. I am willing to answer questions and give guidance, however, since I am not treating you, only your physician can give you the most accurate information.
