Hi Tris, I was crampy pretty much the entire 2ww, this can be a side effect of the pio. I still get slight cramps, but am hoping it is due to the pio. Good luck with your beta!
I started cramping B-4 ET and never stopped cramping. I think the early on cramping was the PIO because it was before the ET, then it got a little more intense once I started getting BFP, but mainly early on its a side effect of the progesterone.
I did my ivf tranfer on Aug 27th. I had some mild cramping on Aug 30th and having a mild cramping thing right now. I was worried. I am 3 days away from my preg. test and just keep hoping it's all ok!
I had cramping and also just a bit of spotting right after my cramping started. I attributed it to implantation bleeding!!!! Think positive and good luck!!!!

Tris - I had cramping from about 2 days after the et to about 7 weeks pregnant - on/off and very much like AF cramps. I was convinced that I was going to get my af any minute. Plus I have a brownish discharge between weeks 5 and 6. I am 8 weeks pregnant now. It is hard but just keep a PMA.
