Yes. I'm clean for autoimmune myself but I did go off gluten before the test and changed my diet.
no meat, no wheat, no alcohol, no caffeine, no dairy. I drink wheatgrass and juice when possible. Since doing that. My allerges and digestion issues have totally cleared up. I do know that you want to keep digestion and inflammation down, so I try to eat foods that help that.
I did accupuncture and maya massage.

DHEA gave me terrible acne. not at first, but over time. And any product w/ salycilic (SP) acid is NOT GOOD for pregnancy, so I've been feeling pretty ugly these last months. I am bloated but I don't know what that is as I am ending a cycle. (meds, stress, pms, preg?) I also found I was a little spacey during the cycle. Like my brain worked slower.

I did not have the miraccle results, but I do think that DHEA and diet, actually allowed me to HAVE a cycle which is its own miracle. You seem to respond to stims, so you might have great resuts. I will say that the doc dr barad, who does most of the cycling at CHR is WONDERFUL. I only saw Gleischer twice in 2 cycles.

You can see him or talk to him if you want, but I think you WANT dr Barad. He has a better manner and is the person who does morning monitoring and most of the retrievals and transfers. My sense is that dr. G is doing more of the research and writing. But you could check on that. Dr. G did my last retrieval and was fine, but Dr. Barad is really probably the best doc I've met since starting this hellish journey.

karen kelly is my maya massage, she is also a doula, REALLY knowledgable, and so awesome. Has a little office on 26th & B'way and made a housecall before my transfer! How can I get you her #? I have 3 freinds who saw her and we all love her.

tomorrow is the HCG test. I dread it. I feel really numb. This time I didn't do all the meditating and wishing. I don't know why. I just let go a lot more. In general that worked for me, but I'm a little afraid of the possible pain I felt last time when I wasn't pregs.

and the worst one I read was where someone got a positive at home and then went in and it was neg. That's what I would be afraid of.
