Slow rising HCG - Ghost/IVF Nurse

1st HCG Test ~ 8/20/08 (9dp5dt) - 118
2nd HCGTest ~ 8/22/08 (11dp5dt) - 194
3rd HCGTest ~ 8/25/08 (14dp5dt) - 408
4th HCG Test ~ 8/27/08 (16dp5dt) - 666

They want to do another HCG tomorrow and an ultrasound Monday. The numbers are going up but they sure are being slow about it. Seems like I double every 3 days instead of 2 days. Starting to get worried since they want another HCG tomorrow and to do an ultrasound on Monday which is a holiday, so looking for a little reasurance.

Also my progresterone is high (>200) and my clinic said that could affect how quickly HCG rises

The "doubling every two days" rule is not a real rule. Your first three values look fine to me. That fourth one is a little low, but not conclusively so. I'm not sure why they are giving it just one more day. Don't know what they are thinking. We'd probably give it 2-4 more days.
