Ask them for all the costs and potential costs, including IVF, ICSI, freezing, and thawing, and verify if these are covered by insurance.
Ask them for their most current success rates. The latest SART numbers (on the internet) are for 2006 and are therefore 2 years old. Don't forget the frozen embryo rates.
If you are young, under about 35, then you should should ask them about their procedures for avoiding OHSS.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
I would ask about their success rate and learn about the protocls!

IVF 1: Feb 08 -BFP twins (lost one at 7 weeks, one at 13 weeks)
