NURSE/GHOST/ANYONE: Massage prior to IVF???
I am going to have a FET on sept 10 (this coming Wednesday). I have considered getting a massage the day prior. Has anyone done or heard of this and if so, how effective was it? Do you think it would help or actually hurt my chances? Thank you in advance

Well I had one the day before so I hope it helps! Another lady here had one the day before her FET and she's pregnant with twins.

I don't see it making much difference. As always, bounce the idea off your doctor.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

I did two massages the week prior to my FET. My RE said "no problem", but none after ET. It really helped me relax. I didn't get a deep tissue, just a swedish.

I did maya abdominal massage before retrieval and transfer for my last to IVFs.
then no massage again until the end of the first trimester.
